Blue Velvet 5 STAR looks -1 STAR Customer Service!
I have purchased two of these chairs based on their looks alone. I will reconsider making any more purchases because the company ignores complaints, folks in charge shirk their duties. You call Adler they don’t returns calls and ignore all complaints, Trust that customer service is just as important. Something goes wrong with an adler item you are on your own!!

I have purchased over 10 pieces from Adler based on their looks alone. I will reconsider making any more purchases because the company ignores complaints, good sales people quite left and right, and folks in charge shirk their duties. You call and no one returns calls, you buy and the next week or the next day your items is on sale and everyone ignores your request. I could have gotten copies of all the pieces I purchased and had better customer service. Trust customer service is just as important. Something goes wrong with an adler item you are on your own!!
