Ether cloud settee

I purchased several pieces of furniture from Jonathan Adler before and was excited to buy the Cloud. DO NOT! unless you are looking for a sofa to look at, but not sit on. The fabric is so perishable, that just putting my feet up with socks on left permanent marks. I weigh 125 pounds, so,I cannot imagine my feet are too heavy. The second time I sat on it, it left more marks. I called and complained after only 3 days, and was told I signed off saying it came in good condition. I was sent a velvet brush, by the way USED, with hair in it which I tossed. I am beyond dissatisfied with both the service, and spending so much money for a piece which cannot be sat on.

5 Star Looks and Feel!!

Got at a great price, and it’s a perfect look for a small area. Rialto sky was available for purchase- oatmeal bouclé does not wear well, looks bad over time. Denitza from 65th street was very helpful got my sofa to me within a few days. My only complaint is with JA corporate which does not answer messages, pickup their phones. The description in all their products is lacking important information purchase like product weights. I am still trying to get in contact with corporate- I went to the office during the middle of the week and no one was at work

Cheap material ruined within 6 months

The material is bleached by any sunlight and any drop of water completely destroys the material, so it is impossible to clean. My could is absolutely ruined before my affirm payments are even half way complete on this item. Extremely disappointed.

Worst quality fabric

I purchased this couch in the Rialto sky blue - the fabric is completely ruined within months. The back and seat area are sunbleached to a different color completely from being near a window. Also good luck cleaning this in any way shape or form - the fabric will become matted and again completelyunfixable. I am severely disappointed for the cost of this item how terrible the wear is. This is the most expensive couch I’ve ever purchased and I am heavily considering reupholstering with another fabric which is just ridiculous. I expected a better quality item from Jonathan Adler.

Please bring back Bergamo Snow Velvet option!

Totally agree with the other comment - getting rid of the white velvet option was a mistake. As soon as I was ready to make my purchase, I've noticed that the only white/light version was the bouclé upholstery... I was very disappointed and had to choose another settee. I hope the Bergamo Snow Velvet variant will be available again in the future. In fact, I'm curious to see it in White Shearling too!

Disappointing Fabric

I think the cloud couch is incredibly cute. The shape is absolutely adorable but replacing the white velvet couch option with only a Boucle fabric option was a mistake. It also seems to have elements of gray in the fabric and then ivory in certain lighting. Not in a good way. I just think the couch looks like it has a disease. The photos don’t match up with what the couch fabric looks like in person. The photos minimize the Boucle’s knobs and bumps and uneven surface. And now the new velvet fabric is in blue which doesn’t make sense for a couch that is supposed to be a cloud in my opinion (and is $500 more). I would’ve been really happy if there had been either an ivory or a white velvet option but there was none.
