Really nice pan for induction range

Really nice pan. However, I wish it had a "helper" handle. Its base is perfect for my new induction range.

Received damage pan for the second time

I received a damaged pan due to the poor packaging. The replacement was also received damaged due to same poor packaging. I have emailed them twice with no response!

Absolutely Great for Cooking

This 12-inch Stir Fry is the best for cooking. It is deep enough to cook things without splattering oil all over the range. And it allows cooking vegetables without going over the edge of pan.

Affordable, non-stick

Lightweight, totally non stick, affordable. So far so good. If the non sticky ness would last for more than 2 years, its worth the money

Best ceramic nonstick induction, friendly, frying pans ever

When we first got our induction stove, we bought one at each of three different brands of frying pan, different sizes. The Analon pan started out better and held up so much better than the others that we actually gave the other two away and bought more of the Analon brand.

Pretty big pan! Love it so far!

Nice and heavy duty pan. So easy to wash, very non stick. Cooks food so well and evenly. Got brave and used a metal spatula in it and didn't even phase it. Can tell its built to last! Love the color too!

It is a fantastic pan

It is a fantastic pan that is the workhorse in my kitchen. The non-stick coating lasts under a year. I have replaced this pan annually for more than a decade because I can't live without it.

Slippery nonstick

When I used the pan for the first time, the non stick was so slippery that the vegetables slipped out of the pan during stir fry. I had to get used to that and not stir as much. But then the non stick wears off after a few uses. Had it for more than a year and only use it when I need a bigger wok or for special occasions. It’s a little lighter too. Overall it is good quality pan but I love my Costco Calphalon 11” wok for my everyday use which is also great quality and more affordable.

Great stirfry pan

I’ve only used this a couple times since I purchased it but it is a great stirfry pan. Cooked very evenly and nothing stuck to the pan. It’s also easy to clean. I don’t mind that it’s a little heavy, that’s normal for anodized pans.

Best quality!

I’ve always loved the analon brand but this copper lines is wonderful. I have multiple from this line and they all heat up super fast and evenly (they also retain heat well). Nothing has stuck so far even trying to burn things. This wok style pan is great for frying, the high sides prevent a lot of splatter and allow you to really move things around. Just ordered the last of the items I was missing from the collection. Go get yours!

Great Wok

Love this wok. So versatile. I use it even to scramble eggs. If I need a cover, just use one from another 12" skillet. Not having a cover saves storage space.

Great wok replacement

I was looking to replace my old Calphalon wok. This pan was the exact same size as my old wok and is so nice to cook in. The nonstick surface is fabulous. And so easy to clean. The only complaint I have have is I wish it didn’t have the long handle. I prefer two small handles. But otherwise I would highly recommend this pan.

Be aware not perfect round shape

the pan I received is not a round pan. The lid that fits on the old pan won't fit it on one side and you can clearly see that that side doesn't have a round shape. Not sure what happened during the shipping.

Love Love Love This Pan!

I’ve used it constantly since receiving it. It’s such a nice and well-made skillet. I can’t say enough good things about it. I bought the Ozeri 12" Earth Frying Pan Lid in Tempered Glass and it fits perfectly.

Poor quality

The first one I ordered arrived with the inside edges peeling so I ordered a replacement. I just received it and the outside was scratched up but the pan wasn't even round! It as a flat side from damage. The box was in perfect shape and it was packaged well so I'm saying poor quality because it supposedly ships from vendor so they must be poorly made. Very disappointed.

LOVE this pan!!!

I love this pan so much! The food cooks so evenly and the oil stays in the center and doesn't spread out to the sides like my other pans. Easy to clean too! I would recommend this pan for all your gourmet cooking! Thanks Anolon!

Anolon Nouvelle Copper Hard Anodized Nonstick 12 Inch Open Stir Fry"

A little expensive, but good high quality cookware. The copper clad bottoms distribute heat well and food cooks evenly and quickly. Being able to cook with it in the oven is a big plus, and the non-stick makes it even nicer. The exterior of sides is difficult to keep clean and will stain; using abrasive products to remove stains from exterior surface will mar the surface. Overall, I very much enjoy using this cookware and will purchase this brand again.
