I bought a bunch of shelves that were quite pricey due to the unusual size. They had the option of buying these but they were excessively priced. It was wonderful to find these, a cheaper alternative. The quality is exactly the same as any other shelf liner that I've ever had.

Well it is a liner and just as good as ones which I purchased in the past. Had to cut it down to 44 x 20 or so. Cut easily with normal kitchen scissors, not even good quality scissors. Somewhat transparent, I can see the wire shelving holding it from below but not see through by any means. Does what I wanted.

translucent but not clear at all

Description says they are crystal clear. They are absolutely NOT. They are a very foggy translucent. I held one up and couldn't see anything but shadows through it.
