Good for short people

Chair is great except it is way to low and does not adjust very high for my computer desk. I double check the specifications on the website and it does not have the maximum seat height listed. I contacted the manufacture and they do not have any way to increase the height of the chair. I have ordered a new riser cylinder for the chair that will make it taller.

Don't buy, discontinued chair and no support

Chair came damaged, box was sealed. Next Level Racing & Dell were no help in resolving the issue. Was told by NLR chair is discontinued and to contact Dell. Dell told me to contact NLR. Other than damage, chair isn't bad.

I was right to hate my last chair

So many angles. So much comfort. So much support you don’t need any social encouragement from the higher ups. The worst thing, like every chair is the wheels. Everything else is better. Back is better and my tennis game is better. Downside is that I’m more productive at work but they didn’t give me a pay rise to reflect. Feel so good not even tempted to offset. Still what a beauty!

NLR chair

While the chair itself is of very good quality, the stitching, comfort, the whole thing is let down by the quality of the armrest, they are plastic and they wobble. Extremely poor. I'm afraid to put any weight on them in case they break!

Really like the chair. As with all online products you can be a little sceptical about the advertising. I am lucky enough to live about an hour away from showroom so did a try before you buy. I would recommend to anyone that this gaming chair is all that they advertise it to be. First day in chair I actually fell asleep it is that comfortable. No joke.

Quality Chair

Chair is solid and comfortable. Good feel to the materials. Although the arm rest do have a little play. Reclining and rocking feature work great. Little rough trying to attach the seat to the back rest. Seat is a little firm but should break in nicely
