This chair is not well made. After using it a while, it won't stay in the highest position, which is a problem using it at the desk. It's a very nice looking chair and comfortable as well. I like it, I just wish it would stay up.

Item does not match online picture

I ordered GRAY, and the picture online was definitely a medium gray fabric on a gray frame. The description also clearly said GRAY with a gray frame. The item I received, however, was a LIGHT GRAY (labeled as such on outside of box) with a brown frame. Very annoying and disappointing. Also, the product is not well constructed. The wood frame has a small piece of wood gouged out of it, and the paint is splotchy on the edges. The fabric is thin and is already loose from sitting on it for a few minutes.

My chair is perfect! The colors and materials are exactly as described, and it's even bigger than I was expecting! It's super comfortable and can be adjusted smoothly. There are no scratches or loose strings on the fabric, and the wheels work well. It also arrived in about a week after purchasing! It's very pretty, and just adds a little flair to my art desk. It's everything I wanted and more.

I do really love this chair. It's comfortable and does the job. My only criticism is during the shipping process; the chair was delivered to me with one side of the box cut open and the casters were missing. I contacted Wayfair via email and they got back to me straight away, saying they'd send me the casters. The next week I received ANOTHER CHAIR with casters. I only wanted the casters and now I have to figure out what to do with this wheel-less chair.

Chair looks good and fits under my desk but squeaks and creaks a lot to any slight movement which is an issue during recording. Its also not comfortable to sit in for long periods of a time which is disappointing since I mainly purchased this chair because so many people reviewed it with good lumbar support. Looking for a different chair to suit my needs.

It’s a decent chair. Overpriced in my opinion. It’s comfortable and was easy to put together. I don’t like how the fabric wrinkles on the seat from sitting in it. I also dislike how noisy the chair is. I have to tighten the screws every few days so it doesn’t squeaks every time I move. I would return it and get something else, if it was an option.

Easy to assemble. The color is fantastic. The fabric holds lint/dog hair just a bit, but not terrible. Great wide seat, firm enough to feel supported, but soft enough to sit in for a while. The back came with a knick and scratch but not from damage in delivery. Otherwise would have been 5 stars. Isn't worth returning for perfection. Love it for my office.

I got this chair with the Paige Writing Desk and it is perfect. It is not bulky and it has a great deal of back support. There is also a tilt level function and of course you can change the height. I'm the type of person that sits cross-legged in my seat sometimes and I think that this chair allows me to do that while also feeling supported on the sides.

The chair is an absolutely beautiful shade of blush pink, my favorite! However, since I'm working from home now full time due to the COVID19 virus, sitting in the chair all day is torture. There are no arms, and the back of the chair doesn't come up high enough to support the upper back, thus my neck is painful all day. So I ordered another chair that is extremely comfortable and in which I can sit all day. But … if you don't have to use this chair as a task chair, I highly recommend it!

I originally bought the ‘white’ version but it is definitely not white (much more ivory) like the photo indicates. Before assembling, I called Wayfair and they immediately assisted in the return and exchange for the grey chair. It is a much better color and looks like the images. Overall, the chair was easy to assemble and is great for my home office.

Like some of the previous reviews said, I expected a bit better quality for the price. The Chair is comfy and fits nicely under the desk but was scratched when it arrived and the scratching was not due to packaging as it was packaged very well, so the scratches we obviously there before the chair was packed for shipping. Color is nice, is more purple than fuchsia which it what I had hoped for.

Just what I needed! Fast shipping and super easy assembly. i had it put together in about 15 minutes. It's very comfortable and I like the fact that it doesn't have any arms so I can sit close to my desk. Color is really nice- and I love the faux wood back of the chair so it looks nice from both front and back. Very happy with this purchase so far. Fingers crossed it lasts.

First they use Fed ex for delivery, I don’t like fed ex, the box was left in front of my garage in the winter weather. Then after putting the chair together the seat cushion had a rip in it. I am getting another seat cushion sent to me but now I have to take the chair apart and put it back together again.

I work from home and my office is in a corner of my living room. I needed a comfy and attractive chair and this fit the bill. The pink is vibrant and modern, the seat is nice and wide which makes it easy for my snuggly pup to get some lap-time during the work day. I’ve had the chair for about a year now and there are two things that kept me from giving it 5 stars the seat cushion has collapsed significantly so it’s not nearly as comfortable as it was, and the back has developed a rather annoying squeak with the slightest movement. I’d say this is a great option for someone who doesnt use it all day every day. I have enjoyed it but it will need to be replaced fairly soon.
