We Like the Rug

Muted black, medium brown, olive green, cream, beige and a touch of burgundy the rug looks nice on the floor and feels nice underfoot. We do wish that it came in a slightly wider size. We are happy with this purchase.

Perfect for the Den

We love the deep, rich red--perfect with the wood floors, doors, and trim in our den. Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

Sphinx Round Rug

We had a hard time finding a 6 ft. round rug to fit under a table. Got on the Rugs Direct site, found several, decided on one, ordered and got it in 4 days. The color is not quite what we thought but it blends well with another rug we have and are very pleased with it overall.

Color & Sizes as Expected

Pleased with product. Sizes good and colors were true to sample ordered and online picture. Nice deep red. Great customer service with prompt delivery. Ordered two samples because I needed to see colors and pattern. Easy to return for credit but very costly to ship back. Free samples would be nice.

Excellent Company To Do Business With

I was kept well informed throughout the process from order to shipping to arrival of product at home. Once the rug was taken out of the shipping package I found three small defects which could have been caused by the shipper. The binding on two separate spots we repaired by sewing. I have found one spot we are watching very closely because some of the weave is losing fibers. We will contact customer service if it becomes more of an issue.

Thrilled With My New Rug

My 10' x 12'7" "red" Ariana rug arrived today. I hesitated opening the package completely because I was sure the color was wrong. I called the company stating that it did not look red. However, it was the correct color. It just didn't look like the red on my computer. However, we love the rug. I would describe the color as a reddish brown----warm and rich. The feel of the rug is dreamy. My husband says he prefers the subtlety of this color to the truer red I thought it would be.

Smooth Purchase

Even though we bought this sight unseen, it turned out to be exactly as shown in the photos. Same print, same colors. It was shipped as promised and arrived undamaged. I would recommend Rugs Direct any day of the week. We were very happy with our purchase.

Beautiful Carpet

I was very doubtful about making a rug purchase over the internet but with my husbands encouragment we gave it a try. We were very pleased with the quality, color and value we received from Rugs Direct and plan to make an additional purchase in the near future for our dining room to match the rug we purchased for our breakfast area. Very fast delivery.

Great Quality for the value

I was very pleased with the speed of delivery and the quality and thickness for the price. The color was a little off from the picture.....the white border in the picture was actually more cream color making the overall appearance not as striking. But I am still excited about my purchase and it makes a great addition to my dining room. Looking forward to making more purchases for the other rooms.
