This rug is very plush and feels great underfoot. The design is quite striking but the coloring is not quite as vibrant as I thought it would be. Overall, it's a beautiful rug.

I had no trouble wrestling this huge rug to the ground. It lay flat almost immediately. It has just enough nap to feel great on my feet.

This rug is much darker than the pictures. Super disappointing. There's nothing wrong with the quality of the rug itself and I tried it for a day in a desperate attempt to like it but, it's just an ugly rug, not what I was expecting at all.

A nearly 10’x13’ rug — shipped IN A BOX! After a week, the wrinkles have relaxed a bit, however there are still obvious fold marks and possible permanent damage due to shipping method. A rug now on sale for $110 LESS about two weeks after my purchase! Color is slightly more muted than in Houzz photos. Other than the above, the rug appears to be above-average quality. I’m hopeful that it will be durable enough to last for awhile. Probably the last time I order a large-sized rug from this website.

Beautiful quality and gorgeous colors!

This was a 9’10” x 12’10” rug sort of folded up in a box without anything wrapped around it in the box to protect it. There are loose threads around the edges and a couple of corners look bad. We went ahead and put in in our formal living room. The colors are perfect but I’m not sure it will ever lay right from being shipped folded up. I have never seen a rug shipped that badly, they are normally rolled up and wrapped up nicely. I feel i got a defective or returned rug the way it was shipped. Certainly not what I thought i was going to get. Disappointed in Houzz standards. They said you can return it if you put it back in the original packaging, I would feel bad shipping it back that way but if I want a refund I’ll cram it back in the square 3’x3’ box! Very disappointed.
