I have had this bed for almost a month. It is in my spare bedroom for company. It is sturdy. It looks very nice and was not hart to assemble.

The headboard was damaged but it was quickly replaced by the manufacturer. The bed is sturdy and well-constructed. The trundle rolls out nicely but can shift when rolling it back in causing the alignment to be off. This could be due to not having a mattress on the trundle yet. Overall, we are happy with the bed and it looks nice.

Had for about 3 months and was sitting on the corner of bed and the section of the support rails that the cross rails mount to broke. I'm only 180 lbs and I've have a 10" thick memory form mattress so makes me think the build quality is subpar.

Nice espresso color, not all the pieces were perfect, part of instructions were missing, seems sturdy and will hopefully hold up well. Our twin foam mattress was a bit long for the trundle, and the trundle does not fit completely under the bed and is not totally flush to the frame but I drape the cover over the edges so it’s not very visible. Definitely needs a bunkie board with the mattress and seems comfortable for teen son so far.

The bed is good but im feeling so disappointed because they sent us a wrong size of slat kit.. instead of Queen Size they sent us a Full Size slat kit.. now im cant be able to complete the Bed its pending.. im trying to reach them about the problem but i cant go through. please i need a replacement. (I’ll update my revew once the problem will be solve. Thann you)

Not an easy build. Instructions not particularly clear (confusing) but was able to figure it out. The trundle does not hold an 8" mattress...6" barely fit. Overpriced.

Moldy Bed...

We purchased this bed in May of 2021 only to discover today that the bottom slats and bottom of the lower mattress were completely riddled with MOLD. We have had zero leaks or any water exposure or water damage that would have caused this mold problem, we only discovered by removing the mattress during our move and the movers pointed out the bottom of the lower mattress and lower slats had mold growing on them. There had to have been moisture previously in the frame or slats when we purchased it to have caused such growth in just a year with us completely unaware or any known cause from our home. Mold is so toxic and one of my biggest concerns so to say we're appalled and horrified is an understatement... Tossing the whole thing as it cannot be salvaged, would NOT recommend.

We were so glad to find an extra long twin bed with a simple head board and footer. It isn't fancy, but it fits great for a teenager's room! Also the pullout trundle will be so helpful for friend sleep overs!

New king bed

Exactly as described. The drawers just roll under but are large and easy to maneuver. The bed was easy to put together. You have 2 choices for height but it's overall a lower bed which makes the room look bigger.

I purchased this bed in white and love it. My only negative comments would be that I wish the trundle bed had some sort of locking mechanism to hold it in when not in use. I also wish the directions better specified in the construction phase how the trundle would connect when putting the slats in. For example we screwed the slats in in the middle not realizing we should install them on the respective side we would want the trundle on. Other Than that it’s a solid bed that looks great in my sons room.

Great quality but horrible instructions.

I purchased this bed with the trundle. The bed is well designed and sturdy. I love the espresso stain! It really is a well made product and I do highly recommend it. However, if you're new at self-assemble furniture, the instructions will be a challenge. Each part of the bed comes with own set of instructions and you have to infer some of the steps based on what you specifically purchased. As I purchased the trundle, I had to make sure to place to legs for the underside of the bed off center. The instructions don't tell you to do this. If you don't place them off center, the trundle won't fit. It's clear that this furniture was designed to mix and match various features.

It was perfect! Perfectly matched a couple of night stands we already owned. And we bought it to frame our adjustable split king bed! Perfect perfect perfect!! I love also you could set a drawer on each side or together and choose what side to add the USB ports

Beautiful Product Impossible to Assemble

I was only able to assemble this bed because my boyfriend is an engineer with construction background. Some of the hardware was missing and some of the hardware broke. Three visits to Home Depot later we had all the hardware and we're able to assemble it over about seven hours. The finished product is absolutely gorgeous and I love it.

This bed is wonderful. Made of high quality wood and my granddaughter loves it. The assembly of the was a little challenging but the instructions were such that we got through it. The trundle is a great feature when grandma wants to seep over.

Great sturdy bed with storage!

Bed is great. We own 2 of them, one purchased from Hayneedle and one from another vendor. This bed is quite sturdy and supports a foam mattress well. There was one scratch on a drawer but the remainder of the pieces had perfect finish. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons: 1) The directions provided are not the best and the screws provided to secure the slats are very difficult to place. If assembly is not your thing, this may not be for you. 2) The description on the Hayneedle site leads you to believe you are getting 4 drawers with a queen bed when you actually get 2.

Bed comes in like 5 boxes, very little instructions, and whats provided are bad instructions, don't explain anything well. Came with a few nicks already on the furniture. Part of the paint was already chipping and had a drip build up of paint or something in different places. Pretty sturdy once you figure out how to put it together.

LOVE THIS BED FRAME! It took less than 15 minutes to put together. While it looks daunting and time consuming upon delivery, it was probably the simplest thing I've done in a while. While I see some reviews saying the bed isn't worth the money and it cracks easily, I haven't experienced that issue and I've been using the bed frame with a memory foam mattress for 4 months. Just make sure that when you put the slats on you also put the correct support beams underneath and screw them together as instructed to be able to support the mattress weight and your own (and significant other's) weight.

Nice quality bed. Simple enough to put together. The platform slats are connected together already and now includes nails for you to secure to the frame. Suggest you have a power screwdriver to help with securing them. Gave 4 stars because one of the boards was deeply scratched, but was given a credit when I called customer service pretty quickly.
