I have a bad back and have been looking for a new massage/relaxation chair. I am not disappointed at the price and quality of this chair. I love the massage function and the heated back and foot rollers. I highly recommend the Osaki Paragon chair chair.

Helps Me Recover From Long Hours Of Work

I wanted an adjustable massage chair to help me recover from the long hours I work as a massage therapist. I also wanted something that could fit into a small apartment, because I live in a small apartment and I can't have too much stuff. I found this chair on TheModernBack and I love it! The Osaki Paragon has a 4D massage with adjustable intensity and heated foot rollers.

More Than Just A Massage Chair

For me, it's not just a massage chair that relaxes my body. It also clears my mind and takes away the stress. Gives me the comfort and relaxation that I very much need. I'm glad I have decided to purchase one!

Malfunctioning chair, even worse customer service

Never buy a chair from here. I needed a reclining massage chair for after my spine surgery. Was assured this would be perfect chair. When received, blue tooth didn't work, heater did not work, app did not work, air bags squeezed as tight as a blood pressure cuff on lowest pressure, back and leg recline do not work separately. Company would not honor 30 day guarantee. Repairman sent with broken and missing parts. I asked to do an even exchange, was refused. Could not get response from Sleep Galleria or Osaki. Reported them to financing company. After 5 months investigation they could not get response either and credited my loan back, they determined I was within my rights. Chair sitting here for 6 months, I'm not a storage facility, they still won't pick it up. I am donating chair to get it put of here!

Very deep massage

It should be noted this gives a very deep massage and Osaki's are known for that , if we don't want that deep of a massage we just put a quilt in chair & reduce the roller pressure, this is a great chair with great features .

Osaki Paragon

Chair worked as advertised. Very snug fit. Had multiple issues with delivery. Cost us a whole lot because they kept changing the delivery dates. Requested to speak with the management. Was told someone would call us. It has been 3 months and we are yet to get a call from the management to discuss some form of recompense for the excessive time and money we spent during the process.

Works as expected.

The chair worked fine. The buying experience was horrible. We had the chair delivered to our home in NY. After numerous calls and emails it finally arrived more that 2 weeks after the expected due date!!! They offered to refund us the white glove cost. We asked to speak the management beceuse we felt that it cost us a significant amount to overstay in NY because we were told the chair would be delivered on multiple specific days and it didn't show up. We were told someone at the company's management would call. It has been over 2 months and we are yet to hear from the company. For such an expensive purchase their customer satisfaction experience leaves much to be desired!

Osaki PRO OS-4D Paragon Massage Chair Brown

I had the white glove delivery which went really well. Set-up was quick and the guys moved it into the position I wanted. Still going through all the programs to find the ones I like the best. The blue tooth speakers are great and easy to use. I have found that I like to use it right before bed to help me relax and that has been working great. Great chair in it’s price range.

Perfect chair

This is a great chair , well built and very sturdy massage chair , we had tried an older Osaki chair while on vacation & really liked it , so looked into them and the Pros os4d had everything we wanted and more .

Wonderful Chair

After trying a friend's chair that was on the higher end, we took the plunge and purchased this chair. Best purchase we ever made!
