Cute but chipped

Both dishes showed up with chips. They are very cute but the packaging needs to be better.

Cute Bowl!

Super cute and sturdy bowl. It did have a chip when it arrived but that’s a minor thing. My kitten and I both love it!

Broken

It came broken and wasn’t able to use at all:(

Fragile bowls

They chip very much easily! First set i received was chipped, they sent me a new set and one came chipped as well

Arrived Chipped

These bowls are so cute and the perfect height for my girl, but one of the two I ordered arrived chipped in two spots :( no pieces/chips were loose in the bag so I don’t believe it happened in transit

My elder cat loves it because its elevated and easily help with his neck and digestion.

Broken In Box

they could’ve did better with the packaging, especially if you’re going to put it in a box full of other stuff. I do not believe no thought was put into it. Like they really stuck it in a bubble wrap bag and tossed it into the box. Crazy work

Cheap

Ordered two of these and they were BOTH broken upon delivery.

Broken china kitty food bowls

Stupid packers put china bowls, with flimsy bubble wrap in box with 35# kitty litter and 24 pack of cat food. Needless to say china bowls broke, out of stock

Elevated

Kitty Itty really didn’t care for the tilt. I can see the advantage, but she didn’t.

you have shipping issues

The item arrived chipped but usable. Also the wrong color. And it was a second try because the first arrived shattered. There was almost no protection inside the box. Just one small bubble sheet. Prior to that, I had received more than one cat food case where cans were dented, some so badly that the product leaked out.

2 out of 3 are damaged

The bowls are mostly in tact but they are damaged nonetheless. The package stuffing to prevent damage wasn't done very well.

Chewy is not known for its packing. Often received products damage such as this. And took so long to deliver just to be disappointed

Bowls were delivered broken

I ordered litter and the bowls and they were packed in the same box. The litter weight crushed the bowls. The packaging was mindless and frustrating.

the porcelain began to chip off

I began noticing pieces of the porcelain were chipping off, but granted, I tap my spoon against the edge to get off wet food... I never noticed anything cracking or breaking or chipping. However, a piece fell onto the floor and cut my foot open (which is what led to us discovering the bowl was chipping) so we immediately had to stop using it for our cat's safety.

Love the shape and the functionality

The bowl is perfectly slanted and good height for my cats to eat and help prevent them from hunching down when they eat. The design is also super cute.

Super Cute Cat Dish

Really cute but don't tap your spoon on it when putting the cat food in, the paint chips off. This would also make a cute trinket dish for the bedroom or bathroom.
