Had ordered a 14’ gate and wanted a smaller gate to match the 14’ gate. Well built gate but the company has a little to be desired. Once they have your money they could care less about you. My gate was lost by the trucking company and I had to beg them to send me another gate.
Worst Experience in a VERY LONG time
The gate came scratched at 6:00 at night and unknown to me, the non-stop-talking delivery person failed to leave the 2nd package with posts and hinges. Once discovered, we never got our posts and hinges were sent to the wrong address-and we were told they were coming Federal Express with a tracking number that didn't work-because they were really sent USPS!
