Love this!! Little pricey but my husband said get it being that I’m from Scotland miss home so much. I won’t even use this!! It’s not super strong feeling to me either but I absolutely love it regardless. Bought this on the Amazon app

Flimsy

The ladles are cool looking for sure. But they're a total novelty. They're flimsy as can be. They "eyes" are drilled out on some but not others. I haven't used them yet, but I suspect they won't hold up to any higher temperatures or be able to support the weight of anything in the ladle portion.

Very Cute and Fun

This is a gift for my husband, so we haven't actually used it yet; however, it arrived quickly and as expected. Should be a fun addition to the kitchen!

Cream of Nessie !!

I bought this adorable , whimsical little guy to make soups, stews, even hot breakfast cereals fun for the little ones....it's a hit. may be ordering more for C'mas....

Bendier than expected!

I am glad I bought it but was a little disappointed. It is a bit smaller than I expected (isn't it always?! ;-) ), but also feels a bit too flexible! It's first use was with a vegetable stew and it wasn't really man enough for the job. I'm still looking forward to Nessie being in charge of my mulled wine though!

This changed my life for the better

My life was sad and meaningless until I bought this. Now I am happy and content. It stares over my while I cook, and happily serves me soup. I now feel content. 16.89/10 would recommend!

Loch Soup Monster

Thr handle is a bit bendy so it's not that good for scooping sauces out of a pan. And I made a mistake of letting it sit in curry a bit too long, so now it has a slightly yelllowish "belly." But curry does that to all plastic really. Still it's cute, can sit up and looks adorable sticking out of soup pots. It's maybe a bit smaller than your average ladle but it's just as good and useful.

I like the Nessie Kitchen Ladle and the nessie colander so much I bought four sets; one set for me and the others for my adult children - the grandchildren will love them.

smaller than expected but excellent design

I had the impression from the website photo that this ladle would be bigger. However, the design is elegant and clever and it's plenty big enough for soup or punch. Very pleased with my purchase.

Life is complete

I needed this in my life... Didn't just want it, actually needed it. Now I have a Nessie Ladle, life is complete and soups are back on the menu. If I was properly pernickety, she's a wee bit small, but I keep being told that size is not the be all and end all, so I am still VERY happy with this epic purchase :)

Overall, good!

This ladel was a lot smaller than I expected, since my soup pans are quite deep, I won't be able to stand it up to get the full novelty effect. However, I'm still super happy with my purchase!
