Slow delivery; damaged item; missing parts

Item took several weeks to receive. Once product arrived, the box was badly damaged and parts of the furniture was hanging out the box. Box had tape all over it as if someone had tried to repair the box. Upon opening box, no instructions were provided and all hardware was missing. One of the fan back slats had been broken completely off and there was a dent on the other side of the fan back. Also cup holders were missing. There was no plastic or foam to protect the item inside the box! So frustrating especially since the item price was nearly $1,000!

Great Chairs

Excellent chair! Very comfortable and freaky enjoy the side motion without worrying about crushing the dogs tail or someone's toes. A little pricey, but overall I am pleased and would recommend these chairs! TA from MD

GREAT GLIDER BATMAN!!!!!

I LOVE THIS GLIDER!!!! It is comfortable and smoothly glides. It was easy to assemple---only screws and bolts. It came in mostly assembled parts---- NOTHING like W--fare!!!! I am very verypleased!!!! It came 1 day later than antipated, nothing like a chair I ordered last July and never received!
