If you have a damaged part, you will not be able to communicate with anyone. I've had a broken door since day 1 and have counted over 27 emails and all I get returned is a automated email. The service department does not exist and your SOL. Very disappointing.

Love my New Age grey outdoor kitchen . Just missing the ice tray holder and one waste basket , waiting for email directly from New Age so they will replace and send the missing pieces .

These are very high quality and super easy to assemble. My father-in-law & I completed L-shape install in 1/2 day.

Love the set but my BBQ cabinet arrived damaged. I sent in photos and email but haven’t heard back yet.

We purchased this set in early June 2020. I bought a grill separately, the Lion L75000 32-Inch Stainless Steel Built-In Propane Gas Grill fit well in the 33" grill cabinet.

Fantastic Outdoor Kitchen

These are a bit on the pricey side but so is the quality. It will transform the surroundings,make the place look like a million bucks. The finish is excellent and the added features like soft close, stainless and wine racks etc deliver the sophistication in discerning clientele. So it’s not just about looks, it functions top notch too. The stainless steel does scratch very easily as in drag a heavy plate and it scoffs. If your OCD is pretty bad, best to stay away. Otherwise the set nails it on form and function.

Outdoor BBQ set

I bought this outdoor set after looking for months for a modular set that would hold a gas grill and Kamado grill.

Not so heavy duty

I guess I expected these to be heavy-duty, since they are outdoor cabinets. They are a lot flimsier than expected. We've had them about 2 months and already the sink is coming loose from the basin. Also, the attachment points for the countertop didn't match the cabinets (which seems like a perfectly reasonable thing to expect), so we had to make-do with only attaching them in two places. Thankfully, the countertop is pretty heavy.

Awesome cabinets

I purchased multiple cabinets and the 40" grill.... totally awesome! They are well built, stylish and the customer service is the best! Definitely will expand my outdoor kitchen even more later this year!
