Unfortunately, I can’t review this because the package was sent to the wrong address several miles away. And in spite of being assured my refund was coming in 7 - 10 days three different times when contacting customer service, a refund has yet to be issued and I have to pay the minimum on my kohls card to avoid additional fees. I have to resort to writing a review because kohls is clearly not taking action to address my problem and just wants me to pay for an order they sent to the wrong address

Quality oyster pan

I've used this a few times since purchasing it. The design is good and it definitely works as intended. The unusual shape can make positioning it in the oven a little awkward (depending on the size of your oven), but you can use it for broiling oysters or even just serving freshly shucked oysters. I recommend baking on a layer or two of seasoning.

Our Favorite

We received these as a Christmas gift. We use them all the time when we have company. We put a little bit of butter seasoning and garlic and each one and then add a meat. We have done trays of oysters, shrimp, escargot, and steak. They cooked to perfection. A fun way to share a meal

Sturdy and well designed but very rough finish

The tray is well constructed and the design and layout is great. The oval shape and handles make it compact enough to fit on a two burner gas grill. I was super disappointed however in the finishing of the tray. It came out of the box with an extremely rough texture even on the top surfaces. The oyster section cups were very rough and there is no way they would be non-stick. It took over an hour of sanding to get them smooth enough. Maybe I just got a bad one. Poor quality control.

Must have pan

I never cooked oysters in cast iron but really loved how easy it was in this pan. The oysters came out amazing and the pan is so pretty to serve them in if you are hosting people for a get together or bbq.

Perfect for smoked oysters on the grill. Just what I needed. Heavy duty and great quality.
