good product for the price, as other people stated the instructions weren't the best but we managed. happy with the quality of the fabric and the astethics.
Complicated to assemble
While the price of this awning was good, it didn't come assembled. If I had known it required assembly, I wouldn't have bought it. The assembly was quite complicated, and I had to call a professional to complete the assembly and install it. But worse than that, after 2 weeks one of the arms broke - a bolt holding it in place sheared off.
Smaller than stated
While it was just what we needed for our deck the sizes were not correct and caused a lot of doing and redoing. We knew it needed to be put together but the instructions truly are NOT very clear and the one and ONLY video on YouTube only gave a portion of what needed to be done. The manual says to call customer service but they know NOTHING about assembly and don't have a techical support department. The manual also says to call and ask for an instruction video which I was told does not exist. All in all its up and does the job but we have a few extra parts because we can't figure out where they go. Plus the price is way better than any of those companies out there that want thousands of dollars.
wrong size
didn't realize we needed to put it all together although instructions made it very easy. ordered 12x10 to replace my old awning and the size is smaller than it says by 4. 8nches which means more holes in my house to put up brackets that will hold it on the house....

I recommend this patio. It came in time, carefully packed. I was easy to install and works well. The quality is good and all the characteristics are like in the description. I like it very much.
