Umbrella stand

Heavy, and suitable with parasol I bought with it. Would recommend.

Good bench 1 was good the other had was flawed.

Right now I am only giving 3 stars because I ordered 2 benches one was very easy to put together and is exactly what I expected. The 2nd one though some of the holes were in the wrong places and just could not be put together. I have submitted for a return and was sent a return slip and told a replacement is on its way. If the replacement comes without any problem I might give it 4 stars. It was still a hassle to box it back up and get it to a FedEx location to return it.

Good quality and sturdy too just make sure to have someone help as is heavy

Heap of junk

None of the joints work, I had to sand down the tenons and clean out the poorly cut bits from the mortice holes so that they would go together. Then I had a problem with the barrel bits as they would not sink in far enough to meet the bolts, again a problem with poor cutting. When I finally got to the seat bit, I discovered the front middle bars were at at an angle because the holes had been drilled too high. The only way I can fix this is by filling the existing holes and drilling fresh holes which will be visible as they are at the front. I cannot return it unless I dismantle it, which is going to be very difficult. Do not buy.

Very heavy and awkward to assemble

Had this yesterday lovely base but very difficult and awkward for one small person to assemble no tools included either had to look for big enough spannner to tighten with great difficulty should have been one included to assemble needs a better design

Looks Good

Bought together with Santa Rosa 6 piece outdoor dining set and the Outsunny 2.7m cream parasol as an upgrade to the standard black one that came with the set. You get 2 collars to accommodate either 38mm or 48mm diameter poles and a locking screw at the top of the stem. Tested today in a moderate breeze with no issues. The only thing I will say is the stem where the pole goes into is slightly too high to use with the Santa Rosa table but I resolved this by drilling new holes in all 4 table legs and moved the bottom bracket up by 20mm to resolve the issue so there was enough clearance for the table legs to touch the ground. Easy enough if you're OK at D.I.Y. Very sturdy base and 14kg is enough to hold the parasol. Looks better than the 'plasticky' black bases as well.
