Need more secure tent

The tent came secure but very difficult to put up. MUST need more then 2 people to install. Material for the cover not too secure. Need to purchase a canopy hole maker for extra support. Instruction is fine. Took 2 people for 8 hours.

POOR QUALITY

Very poor quality. 2 screws cracked off inside the unit while we were putting it together, and the Allan key stripped after about 10 minutes of use. The roof panels are very flimsy. We were able to return it (for a fee) so the customer service we received was good but the gazebo, in our opinion, is junk.

Love the gazebo bit not so keen on curtains..The tie backs are far too big and serve no purpose ..gazebo easier to build than expected

A little tricky to put together but managed it. Instructions good. Love the mesh sides good quality heavy duty. Only improvement would be to weight the bottoms of the curtain someway to stop them flapping in the wind.

3.6 x 3 m gazebo

Excellent garden gazebo.

Roof doesn't line up so can't fit the polycarbonate sheets in would prefer getting my money back and forgetting that I had ever bought it to be honest

The product on the website appeared to be a black metal roof, which is what we thought we were ordering. This product is a hard, clear plastic roof that we had some challenges assembling. All in all, it is a high-quality gazebo if you're looking for one.

Complicated!

It is gorgeous but it was very hard to put it together. We had to cut some of the poly they did not fit properly. It took us 2 days. Even thou it is beautiful I would not do it all over again. That is why a 4 star. We had no missing parts.

Not Worth the Money!

We bought this gazebo in 2022 (for almost $200 more than it's currently listed) and it lasted only 2 summers and barely at that. The poles rusted out and bolts would randomly fall out despite us not moving the structure, or having high winds. I would not recommend anyone buy this gazebo.

Hardtop Gazebo

I absolutely love my hardtop gazebo. Delivery was made in a couple of days and the product is well made and looks fabulous. The only slight issue was the instructions could have been a bit clearer and assembly requires at least 2 people and should not be rushed.

Great deal

Perfect for right outside my patio door. Keeps the patio cooler and keeps the rain from splashing in. Had to get sail shade rings and put them at the higher side because it wasn't draining right. But I love it, it's perfect

Very Sturdy.

Bought this last year. A little difficult to install, but very good quality. many options for placement and a very sturdy feeling structure. Everyone at my lake has one or something like it. Would reccomend.

Love it. Hired someone to help put it up. Took 2 days but 1 day was for footings.

Gazebo worth the money

Fantastic purchase, bought this for when my adult kids come round so we can spend time in the gazebo as a family, very sturdy and i love that there is a 2 teir roof that lets the gas fumes from the table fire pit to escape without letting any rain in. Would highly recommend this purchase

Sunny days

Very well made and the finish is good..set it all up myself so can be done with a bit of thinking....just need the battery size so I can order some....I threw the papers away

Frame easy to assemble

I like the fact that it has a vent in the top, but the gazebo was very hard to put together when you get to the panels to put them on
