Overall ok product. I was not happy that I ordered grey and ended up with a green one.

It is the worst canopy ever. Every time it rains - the rain collects in it and I have to use a broom to get all the water out. It is terrible.

One that fits!

We had to try 2 other gazebo tops before this one. The other two were just a bit too small. It’s been up for about 2 months and looks great. So far we are very pleased with the fabric, style and quality. The top piece is slightly too big but nothing that causes an issue.

The vent top (top tier) was much bigger than necessary...I managed to fit it by adding some extensions to the steel frame, and adding a filler to raise the center point. I got what I paid for. ( low end product).

Easy to install, had the product for a few weeks. When it rains the tent pockets and holds water, could cause tearing. We actually put additional grommets in pocket areas for better drainage. Should be manufactured with enough grommets for proper drainage. Thanks, Mike Scott

Everything was very easy to unpack and set up. The top vent cover was little oversized but we were able to use.

Too small

The color on this item was perfect. however, whoever measured this has never used a tape measure in their lives. The actual measurement on this is 9' 9 1/2". I will be returning this and buying a different brand.

Review of 3m X 3m Garden Replacement Gazebo Canopy Roof Top 2-Tier Tent Cover Spare Part

My replacement gazebo did not fit. My gazebo is 3m by 3m. The ad said the cover was for my size of gazebo but the product was too small by 2 cm. Returns are not free and the process is not easy at all. I have had to order another canopy from a specialist retailer which is for my gazebo.

Good cover but the top cover was to big. I had to modify to current frame.

Watch for fading.

This was gray at the end of July now purple. Perfect fit Didn’t last at all faded in 2 months. Ugh.

This is my 3rd time purchasing a gazebo canopy replacement top. It clearly is not strong enough to withstand the weather in NC. The canopy I'm replacing this time looks like someone cut the canopy with a knife. The quality is subpar and it's difficult (and burdensome) to remove the entire canopy every time the weather is bad especially in NC when weather changes can be unpredictable.

Couldn’t recommend

Water pools every time it rains. The dark gray color has already faded to a purple color in just 3 months.

Our 3 year old top was a light color and had stained beyond help. When we got it out to put on this spring it was so ugly. I didn’t think there was hope of replacing it but I decided to look on line. I a SO HAPPY I did! The cocoa brown color is perfect and will stay much cleaner looking PLUS, the top fits our gazebo frame perfectly!, The price was reasonable, shipping was fast, we are very satisfied!

Does not fit Mainstays 10x10 Gazebo

Too small for Mainstays 10x10 gazebo and ripped while trying to put it on.

can't beat the the price. took off one star because it doesn't exactly fit-theres a bit of slack in it but hey I get another year out of my gazebo so I'm ok with tugging on it every few days to re align it

$100+ thin & useless - waste of money

I waited over a month to write my review so that I could give an informed opinion. I followed the install instructions and the only issue with the install was the length of the velcro straps. Easily only half the length they need to be to fit around the metal frame. I had to buy extra velcro straps to elongate the ones on this cover.

I would rate this as a zero! It wasn’t made correctly. The top piece doesn’t attach to the bottom part so there is no way for it to stay on the gazebo. Don’t buy this!!

I purchase this one to replace one of my other Canopies that was 8 x 8 this one was so big I would say 10 x 12 colour was perfect style was beautiful but not a pic for somebody that has 8 x 8 or even 10 x 10 but Wayfair was wonderful to deal with

Good for the price

Surprised that I had to engineer a fix for the small top canopy, considering that the unit was originally a Outsunny product. I have never understood why the drain holes are positioned such that multiple gallons of rain must collect (sagging the main canopy) before being useful. This problem is not unique to Outsunny. In the past I have bored holes closer to the frame so that rain drains before collecting in such volume as to distort the canopy.
