Unclear instructions and almost impossible to get roof sheets on

Reasonably easy to assemble... unfortunately it leaks at the seams.

Overall I like the pergola. Unfortunately a few pieces were slightly bent in shipping and I didn't know until near the end of construction. A few screws were missing and others were very cheap and the head broke off. The instructions are all pictures, no words, and not always very easy to understand. Many parts numbers are only labeled on the packaging so don't open anything until you get to that step in the directions. Other than the construction issues, I like it. It looks good and seems like it will last awhile.

Pergola is good.

Loved it but it leaks between the connection of the roof panels. We had to purchase a clear seal to prevent the rain from coming through.

The holes are not in the correct place. This is junk and I’m very unhappy. I want my money back.

Not easy to put together. Drill holes misaligned.Roof panels are difficult to slot together.

Looks nice but bends easily!

Poor assembly instructions. No text. Only pictures. Very flimsy materials that bend easily. Don’t know what I am going to do if something breaks after warranty is over. No way to order replacement parts.

Errr….well looks amazing up after a lot of work but then it rained and had leaks everywhere. I’ve now decided to silicone the entire roof. Let’s wait and see. Not happy at all but it’s up and now need to make it work. Would highly recommend not to buy it. Pay more for a waterproof extendable one.

Leaking

this structure is leaking in 3 areas in center when it rains, also missing 1 end cap, also very hard to install, cannot install the end piece easily. We will be asking for partial refund as this is already up and would be a lot of work to remove. Videos to support leaking.

instructions are not good product is very week needs additional screws to hold up made poorly AND leaks all over dont waste your time buying this product is really garbage

There should be support on each end of the panels. So they don’t droop and flex. Looks unfinished. Received two wrong parts. Where center connects, the brace inside needs to be longer as it has a sag. Don’t see it lasting long
