[Rewarded Review] Extremely Frustrating!!!

It would be a nice patio bench if the directions actually had words OR images that made sense. None of the bolts were even correct nor fit in the holes.. had to switch them up to make it work regardless of how the directions tried to explain it. Also need to paint a sealant / so many splinters. Don’t recommend.

DO NOT BUY. The quality is horrible and the assembly directions are a joke. Huge waste of time. Huge headache. The pieces don't even fit together. So annoying that these corporate stores carry such garbage product and then it's up to the buyer to deal with returns.

This piece doesn't even deserve the 1 star. Only lasted 4 days before it broke. Very cheaply made and semi complicated to assemble. Do not recommend buying this product at all.

The finish is wearing already ... It is shorter and much thinner wood than expected but I'm sure the measurements are accurate to the web site.....I feel it won't last very long as it doesn't have a very sturdy feel..

The wood is not super heavy and 2 boards came with deep scrapes in them.

It was a gift and per the receiver, it is made of very cheap wood for the money that was invested, but will work for the purpose intended. Just don't know how long it will hold up.

Perfect for my pool deck. Sturdy and good quality

It is not the most sturdy bench or quality but it works ok for extra seating if you need it but it is very cute. The thing I was most disappointed in was, it comes with all kinds of bolts and screws and the directions specifically state, "Do not put it the wrong place". Well, they are all just thrown in a bag and not marked in any way. The directions show a number for each bolt but no bolts are marked so it is a guessing game. Maybe that's why mine doesn't seem that sturdy. Anything else I have ever ordered from other websites, has the screws and bolts in separate bags that are marked with a correct number or letter and the directions tell you where they go.

I must admit I am very pleasantly surprised by the quality and stability for the price I paid. A couple of cushions required and its very comfortable to relax on.
