Lowe's uses the same provider for this product as 2 of their competitors, but Lowe's is the only one whose website accurately describes the size and dimensions of the product. The product is only sold online so no one in the store has any idea about sizes to order. Once I figured this out, ordering was simple and arrival was a week sooner than promised. This was a good case of under promise but over deliver. Shipping packaging protected the product well so no damage was experienced. The two screw sent to mount the plaque however should have been painted black to match the black background of the plaque. They were easily spray painted so no harm no foul.

This address plaque looks terrific on the front of our brick mailbox. The size was perfect and the colors are true to the online photo. It was easy for my husband to install and looks so much better than adhesive numbers on the metal door of the box. It gives a rich, finished look to our mailbox.
