Well built and look great! Easy install
We ordered 2 for our office, but the adjustable height function did not hold and the seat kept dropping back down. If it wasn’t for this defect, the chair seemed very good quality with a nice cushioned seat

Not worth $
Ok if you don’t mind being dumped out
Disappointed
I was really looking forward to using this chair but unfortunately never got a chance to. As I began assembling it, the screws wouldn't go into the seat to connect the arms. I called the company (Boss customer service - as instructed on the paperwork) and they told me to send an email which I immediately did. After a week of no response, I followed up with another email and was told a new seat would be shipped to me within 24-48 hours. Well another two weeks went by and no replacement seat and no contact from the company so I sent another email and was told the seat was out of stock but that it's now back in stock and they would ship it today. No one even bothered to inform me that the part was out of stock and that I'd have to wait more time to receive it so I told Boss not to ship the replacement seat and that I would be returning the chair back to Home Depot for a refund, which I did.
Great chair, easy to put together and very comfortable for hours of work per day. I selected this specific chair as it has a bigger seat than most so it doesn’t have a “short seat” and I can sit cross-legged.

I work from home and have a standing desk that I built myself. This chair is perfect for my desk! The extra wide comfortable seat really helps since I often work OT. I used this full time an then some for months and absolutely no issues!
