The clock does not work! Suspect, from the condition of the shipping carton, that it had been returned and then shipped to me. In the process of dealing with Howard Miller right now. This clock is probably over twice the amount its worth.

This clock is as exactly what I was looking for, however it is more of a dark grey color, not black.

I was disappointed in the quality and the color. Very cheaply made. I was even more disappointed when I was charged to return the item. And lastly had I known the review would ask for pictures I would have taken them before I returned this item a few months ago.

Love the clock but thought the color would be darker. It looks black in the photo and description says charcoal. Bought it as a gift.

Great clock. Fits our wall space perfectly. We did not have any issues with the clock hands as others have mentioned. And, the clock keeps correct time. The color of the clock is not as dark as it appears in the photos. It's a little lighter but fortunately for us, it still matches our decor.
