Online Shopper No More

This was a gift to friends on other side of the country. They have only used 109% Egyptian cotton bathroom linens for over 30 years, therefore I am sure the product is satisfactory. My 3 Stars relates to difficulty of online purchasing. Although you can order as a ‘guest shopper’ using Visa and Mastercard, that option doesn’t exist if using my Macy’s card…you must set up an account online. Further the website changed daily and I finally went to the local Macy’s and even the clerk had trouble finding the product. Since then, I tried purchasing the bath sheet size product in this line of bath linens and the online clerk took 10 minutes to finally pronounce &. Spell ‘Rudge’ correctly. After finalizing the order, I got an email canceling it by Macy’s because the ‘shipping address’ was incomplete! I guesssit was!….the 5 digit zip ode filled in by the clerk was my area code and first 3 digits of my telephone #. The experience was farcical from beginning to end. Will not purchase in this manner again…such a time waster.
