They shed like crazy

I washed the towels before first use not only because that is just good to do but because they smelled horrible. My husband used them after his bath and he was covered in black lint and there is also black lint all around where the towels were hanging. I have since washed them two more times, only these towels nothing else, and the lint trap is just as full as it was the first time. This is absolutely horrendous I have never had an issue like this before with any. The only plus side it they are soft.

Subtly purple

The purple color is amazing. Very subtle. Perfect for a relaxing vibe in the bathroom. Very absorbent. Wash and are fluffy out of dryer.

Nice towels but too expensive

These towels are very soft and have beautiful coloring. They we're too expensive. I found the same exact towels on another website for 3xs LESS than what I paid here.

Unsure about the quality yet.

Super soft. However, the set I received had lots of threads hanging off the hem. I cut them off and I hope that will be okay. Washed them once and they held up but had to empty the lint tray on the dryer three times because of the fuzz that came off the towels. All this has made me question the quality. Will know more in a few months.

SHEDDING IS AN AWFUL NON-STOP PROBLEM

I have purchased MANY times from Overstock, including bath towels, but NEVER, EVER have I experienced towels that kept shedding, leaving the green (Jade color) all over my bathroom floor. I washed them (per their instructions) FOUR times and dried them FOUR times and they CONTINUED to shed. I never used them - thank goodness, I'd been covered with lint. DO NOT BUY THESE. I spoke to a nice woman who said send them back and that this problem was a manufacture defect. So very sad because they are pretty and soft. What a mess cleaning up the bathroom daily because they shed without even being touched! I should have taken a photo of the handfuls of lint that came out of the drier vent ALL 4 times AND I had to wipe down my washer tub each time, too. When I returned them, I included a sandwich baggie filled with the lint after the FOURTH wash and dry.

Superior Towels!

I am so pleased with these towels. The quality is definitely superior to others I have purchased over the years. I ordered two sets: Denim Blue and Hazelnut. Both colors are beautiful! I felt moved to submit a review since I have been so dissatisfied with the quality of towels I have received over the years. The threads pull out of the fabric and the fabric is thin. These towels are lush and thick, soft and absorbent. If a good-quality towel is important to you, I recommend giving these towels a try. You won’t be disappointed. They are well worth the price!

Great Towels

I’ve been searching for towels that would compliment my gray decor in my bathroom. I wanted to get away from the typical blue, gray white, etc. I came across these in grapeseed. It is a dark, soft purple, not too bright. These towels are super thick, soft, and very absorbent. Great purchase.

Awful

These are awful. They are NOT absorbent. Yes, I washed them before using; No, I don't use fabric softener. The lint is TERRIBLE and gets all over everything in the wash. Plus, one fell apart after only the second washing. They're a nuisance and absolutely awful. Sending them back to get a full refund.

These towels could not be more lovey! I could not be happier with this purchase. The price was absolutely right. They are soft and plush and they feel like very high-quality well made cotton towels. They are super soft in your skin and absorbent. Not too heavy. I just love them. You must wash them first because after the first wash they actually fluff up. I cannot say enough good things about these towels. I will update this review after several washes to see how they hold up but for now... They are simply amazing
