Perigold has very very very bad service. I had this mirror delivered 3 times, the first time it was broken, the 2nd time they delivered to the billing address instead of the shipping address, and the 3rd time it came broken again. I ended up canceling the order and getting a refund because I got tired of this and didn’t want to keep waiting for a good one to arrive. I asked if they had white glove delivery but they don’t and the people who delivered left it in our house but said they couldn’t unpackaged it, so I didn’t know until after they left once we unpackaged if it was broken or not. This was extremely inconvenient and I don’t appreciate such horrible service from somewhere that’s supposed to be high end and charges high for their products. The mirror was not cheap so I definitely did not get the service I paid for

This mirror is exceptionally beautiful, one of the largest and best pieces in my home. I have purchased many mirrors from Wayfair, but this one is absolutely gorgeous!!

Dangerous !! The mirror is falling apart! For the price, you wouldn’t expect the frame to be falling off. It is heavy mirror and if this came down, it could kill someone and cause major damage to your floor.

The mirror arrived severely damaged. Wayfair refuses to replace it. Overall the mirror is beautiful!! I am so heartbroken that I can't get it replaced. I love this mirror, I waited so long to receive it. Beyond disappointed in Wayfair.

I waited 14days for my mirror only for it to arrive cracked! I called WayFair and was told I could donate or trash it. Keep in mind the mirror weighs 100 plus pounds and is approximately 9feet tall and 5feet wide. This was very upsetting especially with the mirror arriving 2days before Christmas and my inability to move the mirror by myself

Mirror broke twice

Had this mirror delivered twice. It broke within 24 hours of being fixed to the wall. Over subsequent days continued to break at pressure points on the corners. Terrible mirror.
