Received in well packed shipping, which was good because there was some damage to the box exterior. Frustrating to assemble because although the pieces screw together, the threads don’t line up to anything. It takes a long time of trial & error to get the pieces screwed in so that the uneven “wood”decorative design lines up.

The very sturdy and attractive rack I needed for winter. A connector was threaded into the wrong end, but instead of returning, we had the tools and were able to remove and put it in the correct end (otherwise a branch was turned downward and couldn't hold anything)...

Not for cloths!

Part was missing and there was black powder all over it. Not suitable for cloths. I'm returning it.

We were a little concerned it may be top heavy or tip easily, but we were very happy to find it is very solid and stable. It looks great and has some elegant details not visible in the picture. We love it!
