The exact patio furniture set I am expecting for!

It looks perfect in my back yard.

Just right for my enclosed room.

Shipping was a nightmare, but that is solely on FedEx's side. One of my boxes was lost through FedEx, of course because they can't ship anything right for the life of them, but the seller? The seller was amazing in resolving the lost package and promptly sent out another with the right parts needed. So if fedex around you is useless, be ready for a nightmare on their end.Now... The actual product. It fits perfectly in the space I have on my screened in room. I have no idea why people are saying it's small, it has measurements listed which are pretty accurate. I also don't know where this two hour window to assemble comes from, as I was able to single man put it together in an hour and fifteen minutes tops. It feels pretty comfortable to sit on as well.All in all, if you are on a budget this little set is perfect. I wouldn't be expecting a giant piece of furniture, but look at the measurements and decide if they suit your needs.The seller here is the real star with how prompt and professional they were with the FedEx fiasco.

Great for Its Money!

Assembly was very easy. I assembled it in about 2 1/2 hrs by myself. You gotta need Allen ranch or a drill with Allen ranch tip. So far we have been enjoying the patio and no complains. It is low but perfect if you have small kids. The one thing I wish they added is strings to tight cushions around the patio furniture. My toddlers throw these cushions around all the time.

Love this & the look!

My adult son & my boyfriend put this together in no time at all. My son said all pieces were clearly labeled & so easy to follow the directions. I wasn’t a fan of the throw pillow cover art so I bought some inexpensive pillow covers on Amazon too. I also wanted the fire pit table so I got a separate fire pit table & gave the coffee table away. Pretty comfortable although we haven’t used it much yet. All in all I love this. It adds more seating to my patio along with my patio table set & will get more use than my pub table did there!

Love the quality for the price. Took a couple hours to assemble, but overall fairly simple. Looks great!

Pillows

The pillows on the couch as well as throw pillows are molding terribly even under a roof !! No water on it, just from humidity!! Poor design

Smaller than expected

Definitely smaller then expected. If you are trying to fill a small space, then this is the sofa for you…but for a regular space it’s a bit underwhelming. Would need to purchase 2 sets for it to have that wow factor. Biggest thing that annoys me is that the cushions have nothing to keep them in place. Overall, gets the job done but wouldn’t purchase again.

Looks great but not comfortable.

I guess it’s ok fir the value. Looks beautiful but not comfortable and the chairs separate regardless of the clips that are supposed to hold it together.

Beautiful set and excellent customer service

This set is exactly what we were looking for! The style, color & size. The directions were clear and easy to follow, my daughter and I spread out all the pieces and assembled it in roughly an hour. The set is sturdy and comfortable. I was worried it would be a bit low but it's a perfect size to lounge by the pool outside and the same size as others I have tried at local stores. We added a a no slip pad that is normally used for rugs so the cushions don't move, it works great. We bought a cover on Amazon for 25.00 so we don't have to bring in the cushions when it rains.

Missing Cushion

A bit smaller in height and width than I prefer, but it’s functional and a nice looking addition to my outdoor living space. The shipment came over several days in two boxes after ordering on 03Aug22, however one of the seat cushions was missing and has yet to be received. I attempted to contact the vendor and left a voice mail, but received no response. A second attempt to call the vendor went straight to voicemail. Needless to say, they are difficult to contact. I contacted Amazon and they offered to call me back so that we could call the vendor together to try to facilitate a resolution, but I haven’t been able to reestablish a connection with Amazon. Amazon offered, in the initial call, to process a refund for the cushion of the vendor could not resolve, but that has yet to occur. To date, 20Aug22, the shipment still shows a status of “on the way” and tracking it via the tracking number provided to see if perhaps there is one box remaining with the cushion is impossible. I would love for YitaHome to make this purchase complete and send me the missing cushion, but given the lack of customer service thus far, I’m not optimistic.

Easy directions but I would suggest using a different tool. The set is much shorter than I anticipated but for the price, it was worth it :-)

Smaller than picture show

I was expecting a taller and wider seats it's cute but don't expect it to be a big set

Stylish and comfortable

Did it take a while to assemble, yes, after assembling do I feel confident in it's sturdiness, yes! All hardware is the same throughout, I would recommend using an allen wrench driver. Using the one provided would take forever! Everything came as advertised, very pleased with cushion density. Think this is a great value for price, I'm happy with my furniture and would absolutely buy again.

Easy to Assemble !

Do yourself a favor. Get an electric screw driver to easy assemble. I let reading these reviews about taking hours to assemble. Took me less than an hour with a Milwaukee electric screwdriver.

Good product

Satisfied with this product. Looks really nice. Only con is the cushions slide to much. East fix though. Gonna buy some pads for that. Overall great product.

This outdoor Sectional couch is not for tall people, i am 5'5 and it is very small, i should have paid more attention to the measurements but the video and pictures looked good and the price was okay. I am not returning it is nice looking and a good filler for the space on my screened in patio. My cats seem to love it. if your looking for comfort and a lot of use for entertaining family and friends i would not recommend this product, It is very important to pay attention to the measurements!

Took me hours to assemble

I like it, but the assembly process was arduous. Bring your own ratchet set to speed things up. Remember to not over tighten. One piece will be perfectly aligned, the next will require magic. Don't be lulled into complacency. Do not tighten until the last bolt is in place on each piece!
