For the price, it’s very nice. The leather does leave indent impressions after feet have been resting on it. They’re not massive and they eventually smooth back out. But it’s still new, so wondering how it will hold up over time. Also the leather is a tad more distressed than I’d like. But that’s just my personal preference. For now at least it’s functional, pretty and just the right size for my space. We get compliments on it.

I love this ottoman. I was looking for a soft top ottoman, and the fact that it's a lift top was an added bonus. It looks great in my room. It's sturdy, was easy to assemble and looks way more expensive than it was. Highly recommend.

Love everything about this except for how soft the faux leather is. This is really a microfiber and should be stated as such. Other than that it is a fantastic, functional and beautiful piece.

I do like having something I can use to watch TV and have meals. But, aren’t there ANY businesses that have pride in workmanship? I ordered this because the only assembly is putting on the legs. That’s it, and they couldn’t get this simple procedure right. Because of the design, it was difficult putting in the bolts. Then, the holes don’t line up. So three of the legs have three bolts holding it together. The one leg with four bolts was really difficult screwing them in because of the misalignment. The good thing is, they’re going to save me a lot of money because I’ll never order any big items from Walmart again! Unless, of course, Walmart quits promoting these type of cheaply made products.

Well-made and functional, but the gray color WAS NOT GRAY!! It was more of a brownish/bronze color. Completely different from the color shown on the website. This piece went to another room and I bought something from a local company to ensure the correct color.

Love it!! I have always been a fan of lift top tables, and was so excited when I found this ottoman. It’s a great size and color. Great quality and easy to lift upput down. Also adds extra seating, which is great. Highly recommend!

Fedex left the box in the mud right next to my front steps. ottoman looks good but i had to drill out holes on 3 of 4 leg brackets because they didnt align with the corresponding mounting holes. so thats on fedex and the manufacturer. Wayfair Customer Service was great, credited our account for almost $60 for our inconvenience, in about 5 minutes.

As advertised, the product is nice. I am knocking one star because they left the package at my front gate, 20 feet from my front door, and never rang the bell or knocked. An iota of effort to ring the bell would have been appropriate, and if no answer, leave it on the front porch like all other deliveries.

Beautiful ottoman. The storage function works well and has a good amount of space. Cushion top is comfortable. Highly recommend this product!

Overall, the look is nice, and it will serve its purpose. However, it came damaged with a large scratch down the top. This was straight out of the box, and the box it came in was not banged up. It can be concluded that this occurred prior to being packaged.
