Two of the chairs were missing screws so I had to have more screws shipped and I installed myself - very easy.

Beautiful and very sturdy

Very nicely made and attractive furniture. Any assembly (such as the table) is very easy. So far, we are very happy with the set and expect to be using it for several years to come.

Happy with our purchase

We purchased a table/chair set and also a bar set. We are happy with the purchase. Delivery was a little issue as due to the size, they have to use FEDEX freight and everything comes in on a pallet. Unfortunately the table top was broken when we received it. We completed the warranty info and a new table top was delivered within a week. Putting the furniture together takes a little time but is pretty easy. They probably don't recommend this but having the right hex and socket adaptor for a drill helps to speed up the process. Everything looks great on our back porch and we are ready to enjoy our new pieces.

Love the set!

The table went together smoothly. Size is great and it is nice and sturdy. We were missing one screw but we were able to quickly submit a request and received the replacement within a week. So excited to have Polywood pieces to help our outdoor space look fabulous!

Farmhouse Table

This table looks perfect by our pool. The color is spot on. This is our second piece of Polywood furniture. Durability and quality are why we purchased a second piece.

We wanted something that requires little maintenance and looks good and this fits the bill. We find the chairs to be more upright than our liking though - no lounging around in these

Difficulty assembling and uncomfortable.

During the assembly, three of the bolts stripped, due to improperly pre-drilled holes. It was very frustrating and I had to go to the hardware store to replace the bolts. Also, the chairs are quite uncomfortable.

Fairly easy to assemble. Furniture is very sturdy and well manufactured. Knowing that it has a fade resistant warranty is comforting because the furniture is a little spendy.

We love our Table and chairs. It was so easy to put together. I have a rocking chair that I’ve had for five years and it is in great shape. The quality of your stuff is wonderful.

It was simple to assemble the table. The chairs came assembled with the exception of the captain chairs. Those I just had to put the arms on.

We love our dining set! It was easy to unbox and really helpful knowing the chairs were put together already (minus adding arms to the arm chairs). I love the black color too. It feels really sturdy and high quality. Highly recommend.

Missing screws, top was sloping, chair slat was not lined up with other slats. Overall very poor quality control

I love my Polywood chairs!

I love my Polywood chairs! Once the missing legs for the table arrive, I'm sure the table will be wonderful too! I read the reviews and expected some issues. We unboxed the chairs first (I also bought 2 Oxford Deep Seating Chairs) and I was surprised that there were NO Issues. Everything was GREAT. Then we opened the box with the table top & discovered that the legs/hardware/instructions were missing. I've put in a request and expect the missing legs will show up soon.

This is a quality item. Its very heavy and really needs two people to assemble it. I'm pleased with the purchase.
