Small but perfect

Awesome console. It’s the perfect size to complete my bedroom. It helps create a focal wall in my room. When I’m sewing I keep fabric and thread on the shelves. And if I have no need for sewing I put my sewing things away and put some of my collectibles in it.

We are very pleased with the shelf. The color is true to the photo. It was easy to assemble and feels very solid.

Excellent value and manufacturer customer service

This table looks great and was a good value for the money. I purchased two and put one on each side of the fireplace. The tables are not the sturdiest but they are very pretty and do the job for which I purchased them. Manufacturer customer service was excellent. The parts came individually wrapped so that they didn’t rub together or get ruined or scuffed in transit. All parts were there in each container and clearly labeled. However, in one package, one of the parts had cracked. I called the company and they immediately shipped a new one out. I wish the directions to put the table together included a few helpful hints. The directions are OK but better directions would make the job much easier. If you are looking for something to give your room a brighter and cleaner look, this table fits the bill. The great price and numerous color choices make this table almost perfect. The only downside, as I see it, is that this table is not sturdy enough to have a child climbing or pulling on it.

Convenience Concepts Oxford 1 Drawer Console

Beware. We managed to get it together but it cracked and splintered in quite a few places. I would've taken it back to Walmart but we were so far into assembly that we didn't want to give up. I had to use white duct tape in two places where the board cracked just to be able to put the screws in. The bottom shelf is loose because the screws wouldn't hold. I'm hoping it'll be sturdy enough for some small decorative items. Looked good in the pictures but not good quality. Even the little white stickers to cover the exposed screws were paper. Should've at least been vinyl. I still may return it.

Very Poor Quality

In the passive, I've purchased another piece from this collection from this seller and it was perfect. Looked great, sturdy, quality item. NOT with this item. The table looks like it has been painted over. The materials seem like they were patched up. Every screw that I tried to carefully install caused cracking in the material. The table isn't even functional but I can't return it since I tried to assemble it. I was planning on buying other items from this collection, but I second guess that since I'm out the cost of this table now.

Good table for the price

This is a nice console table for the price. The color is true sea foam; more green than blue, which was perfect for us. The instructions are a nightmare, but we figured it out. It does take two people to make it easier. It isn't very sturdy and does move back and forth if you shake it, so if there are young children around, anchor it to the wall. For two adults, it was perfect as an entryway table. The drawer was slightly off center, so I just stuck some cardboard behind the drawer guide on one side and evened it out. It makes a great place to store your cell phone chargers and put your phones on when you come in the door. It was securely packaged and arrived with no damage. I do agree with other reviewers that they could have come up with a better solution to cover the screws on the sides rather than stickers. I'll have to check out the craft stores and find some wooden caps, but for now, the stickers are fine. All in all, it's a good purchase for the price.

Nice table

Hubby and I picked this table to use as a sofa table behind our couch. I tried to put it together without his help but struggled with the first step of the instructions which tells you to screw the drawer slider thingys onto the sides of the table. The two drawer pieces were taped together and both labels were stuck to the tape so I couldn't figure out which was which. I had to put the drawer together first to figure out which slider went on the right and which went on the left. After that it went together pretty easily. Hubby is not happy that $100+ table came with white stickers to cover up the screws instead of caps or something but it doesn't bother me. I did buy some new sea glass knobs for the drawers because the white on white looked boring to me. All said and done, it looks nice and adds some extra storage in our living room. Now I just need to find some stuff to put on the shelves!

Not sure I like it

I'm trying to put it together by myself and it's hard. There are a lot of different hardware pieces and the diagram isn't very clear with small printing. It's also a little confusing for me. You have to be really careful with the back support pieces because once they're on they start cracking where it's been connected if it's not supported while you put the shelves and sides on which is the problem I am having. I've had to put something under that back support and just leave it until a friend who is more handy with assembly can come tomorrow. All the pieces look good and arrived in good shape but I'm rather disappointed that it's so annoying to put together and I need to have someone help me. If you're not the handy type, don't try doing it alone. I'm only recommending it because I think / hope it will be just what I needed if I ever get it finished. For those who have said it went together easily, could you come here to help? Ha ha.
