We came upon this product five years ago when we rented a house at the Jersey shore. We loved how it held up to the elements. Yes, it’s a big investment, however, how many pieces of furniture come with a 20 year warranty, not many . It’s a product you can keep out 365 days a year and never worry about it.

Its a fairly low end product

Its very small, has very grainy uneven finish, every screw and screw hole is exposed. Its just not worth the high price tag

FedEx is bad

We have not received delivery of this product. I contacted you to warn that delivery should be delayed because weather would make delivery difficult. You responded that FedEx would handle it. Since then I have received a notice everyday from FedEx saying they will deliver tomorrow (except when tomorrow is a Sunday. They have never showed. I’m not troubled by the delay. I’m troubled by the fact that every day they say they are delivering tomorrow when in fact they have no intent of making the delivery.
