Really great cocktail shaker

This is a nice item that is well made with rubber grommets between the top and base as well as the lid and top. This means that it doesn't stick when taking it apart and most importantly, doesn't leak whilst shaking.

Perfect shaker

Surprisingly great shaker. It seals nicely so there are never any shaking mishaps. We were also shocked at how nicely it pours. A feature we didn’t even know to look for. Makes for much tidier cocktail making. Easy to clean also.

Great shaker, no leaking

Replaced another shaker I had that leaked, this one doesn’t leak or at least the one time I’ve used it so far. Seems to have a good seal! I took one star off because it does get really cold when shaking with the ice.

Perfect size for me.

As I suffer with arthritis in my hands, I wanted a cocktail shaker that wasn't too wide and was easy to open, easy to use and didn't leak. I had read the reviews on this shaker and decided that this oxo shaker was the one for me. My only criticism is that I don't think that the markings in the top are very clear, but that is all.

Better than all-metal shakers

The rubber seals make it very easy to open after shaking. We had all-metal ones and they were a pain to open after use. Also, we really like the fact that the cap acts as a 1.5 oz. measuring cup. Very handy.

I put this to the test immediately by mixing some cocktails using the measuring cup and strainer portion...then shaking it for 20 seconds and viola...instant gratification! Works exceptionally well and stays cold when adding ice and doesn't pour out seeds or any other unwanted's into your drink. Perfect for whatever liquid recipe you want to throw at it.

Perfect cocktail shaker!

This cocktail shaker from OXO is perfect for making great cocktails at home. It does not leak, has a built in strainer and measuring guide in the cap. It comes apart easily for cleaning. I love mine so much I bought this one for my son.

I've always been a fan of OXO products. This shaker I plan to use for mixed drinks, but I also mainly use it as a shaker for my shaken iced espresso coffee in the morning. Works great, sturdy, and appearance-wise it looks nice on my kitchen counter. It sure does the job, without breaking the bank and jeopardizing quality.

This is a great cocktail shaker! First, it's a great size and it fits comfortably in your hand, so you feel secure shaking your drinks without having to grip it in both hands. The double wall helps to insulate the container so that your hands don't freeze while mixing your drink with ice. And the built-in measuring device is great for bringing with while traveling!

Now that we've been forced to stay home for a prolonged period and parent on the regular, we've seen an uptick in our drinking habits. Given that bars aren't currently open and available to us, we thought our home bar setup could use an upgrade.

This is my first time trying a drink shaker. I’ve seen some around and this one seems very week made. Heavy stainless steel so it keeps drinks colder when shaking.

Great size for smaller hands, no leaks, built in measuring

This is a very well designed cocktail shaker for a person who doesn't want to use a number of items to make a cocktail. The top has built in easy-to-use measuring levels and then fits tightly to seal the container for shaking. The pourer has mesh to prevent larger particles (possibly from fruit used in the drink) from getting into the glass, and it has a directed pour spout so you won't spill on the glass or table. The design is elegant, it doesn't leak, won't shatter (as did a glass one I used), convenient size and everything you need except for cocktail ingredients.

[Rewarded Review] Shaken By This Shaker!

This shaker truly has shaken me to the core! I had another name brand martini shaker for years, I wasn't too happy with it. It wasn't double-walled, it constantly suffered from vapor lock so it was difficult to open, the lid only possessed functionality of, well, a lid.

Where has this shaker been my whole life??

We’ve gone through too many shakers over the last year and this one is by far the most amazing! You can measure with the lid (genius!) and once you shake your cocktail you can actually remove the lid with ease without needing a lot of muscle. The quality is superb and my SIL who makes margaritas weekly thought it was awesome as well. By this shaker...you won’t regret it!
