It was damage by UPS wasn’t packed, right lost leaves

My money tree arrived 6 days after it was supposed to. It was frozen and broken. The top half was laying in the bottom of the box. The box was not tall enough to contain the height of a tree in the product description. It was returned to the local store for a refund.

The tree is very small, and all the branches have broken. I want to return it, it's a waste of money

Plant came in damaged, it was poorly handled by delivery carrier. It was also poorly packed to handle the trip wasted time, expecting and wasted money towards the end. I ended up having to go to the store.

The plant was not in the best condition. Lost leaves after it was delivered, but has now stabilized.

Not at all as pictured

I ordered this tree as a Christmas gift for my daughter in law. It looks Nothing like the picture and even though the box clearly stated “this side up” it was delivered upside down and the box looks like it was run through the wringer. Also, most of the leaves are broken, probably from being upside down. I doubt if I’ll be ordering any more plants from Home Depot.

I gave this a good rating as I could tell it was a healthy tree unfortunately it was flipped upside down in shipping and most of the top of tree all branches were broken over this was supposed to be a gift glad, I had it shipped to me it would have been very disappointing to open box to find broken tree ,Home Depot customer service was great in giving refund

Excellent specimen. Arrived and looks great in the indirect light in the living room. Very pleased with the quality of the plant.
