Product came with no packing. Two whole boxes broke Every tile called for refund and order replacement. Assured it would happen checked account weeks later-no refund and no pending replacement. Called again they said nothing was done and supposed discount not done. This time order went through. So out of 7 tile boxes 4 were unusable and several more had some breakage.
False nose
The quality of the bullnose is quite poor, essentially they took the normal tile, cut off the end at an angle then painted them white, so the finish is completely different to the finish on the tile. You can actually scrape it off unlike a on the tile face where you cannot
