Disappointed with quality

I love this site. I've purchased lots of stuff over the years. The lamps are pretty. But the lamp shades came bent. The bulb holder which screws into the lamp were stripped and did not hold well. The finial on top were broken. I've never had a problem like this before. I guess it was not packed correctly. They both came in one box which was part of the problem. One of the lamps was sitting on the lamp shade that was bent.

Although packaging was difficult to remove, they were in perfect working order. Elegant and beautiful!

The first shipment was broken. The customer service associate was not helpful. The replacement would not be processed until they received the broken one back, and so we wait... we could have driven the broken item to the store, taken a picture or they could have trusted me. The replacement was fine, actually quite pretty.

These lamps are exactly like the picture and the way they were described very nice !!! I really like them perfect for my guest room

Love these lamps, they provided the perfect finishing touch to my living room decor. Could also be used in a bedroom. So classic with flattering silver base and gold speckle detail.

Gorgeous lamps

These lamps are even nicer in person than in the pictures! They look much more expensive than they are. Perfect smoke color looks great with just about any color scheme. I just wish they came with a 3-way switch.

Arrived well-packaged and on-time. The lamps are beautiful and were easy to assemble. One of the lamp shades was slightly dented; however, it's going on a bedside table so we just have it face the wall -- it was not damaged enough to warrant doing a return. Would completely recommend this product.

Beautiful lamp set

I bought this set sight unseen. Ordered from the website and drove to pick them up for free. Pros- good quality lamps, no defects or damage. Lamps have a faint grey clear glass appearance with subtle gold speckles. Bright white shade. Glass vase of high quality with tough glass base. Standard bulb bass. Well packaged. Next to impossible they would be damaged because of thick padding. Beautiful to look at! Cons- because they are so well packaged, takes some time and patience to remove from box. You have to pull the cord through the body of the lamp which takes a little while. Overall- I'd buy again and recommend!
