We ordered two chairs last year and loved them. Would rate a five. We ordered two more this year and both chairs have a small nick in the leg. The box used to ship them in was too small.

The chairs are beautifully made, seem sturday and love that the frame is resin instead of aluminum . . One of the chairs damaged during shipping, but Houzz replaced it quickly. Easy to deal with.
Delivery was terrible. They dropped off 2 boxes at my address and the other 2 at someone else’s place. Fortunately those people messenger me to say they are in a gated community and would let us in to pick them up. Very annoying and time cons
