Subpar quality

With the Serta name, I expected more. The photo on the website looked nice, but the quality was subpar. After laundering the comforter for the first time, the fiberfill bunched up along the edges. It took some effort to "unbunch" them, but I wasn't able to get that done all the way around. Also, the sham openings are very close to the edge (other shams I've had in the past have the openings in the middle of the backside). As a result, after you insert a pillow, you can still see part of the pillow because the opening does not cover it well.

Meh- low quality, not as pictured

Meh! Definitely not as full looking or nice as the photo. It’s very thin and cheap looking. I think it looks like a $20 set. I would recommend finding something else for sure!

An OK Comforter for the price.

Ordered king size for a king mattress, comes up a little short as the mattress is very thick. It will do. Feels very soft and I like the reversible option.

This comforter is very light and a very nice quality. It is reversible, with a solid pink on one side and a patterned pink on the reverse side. I am happy with this comforter for the price.

I think any positive reviews for this set are fake. This is the flimsiest comforter set I’ve ever seen. The sheets are thinner than paper. You can see right through them. The comforter is not a comforter. It’s the thickness of two sheets sewn together. It barely resembles the picture. And the shams are not quite long enough to fit a standard sized pillow unless it is also really thin. Btw, I bought said pillow from Wayfair. The most maddening part is that they are telling me I have to pay to return it. The shipping cost is more than it’s worth to return. It’s not like I can sell it to make back some of my money.

Thread unraveling

We use this on my sons bed. We got it as a Christmas gift for him so 2 full months ago and the thread is coming undone in several spots. Most likely won’t last much longer.

Great comforter and very crisp and clean. So smooth and fits the bed very well. Dresses up the room to another level.

My son bought this for me for Christmas and I am SO glad he did. This comforter is wonderful - they did not skimp on size, it's nice and full, and it's warm. Would highly recommend.

Too Small

This doesn't cover our King size bed hardly at all. It goes only a couple inches on either side. Definitely not big enough. Cooling effect is alright but I haven't noticed a noticeable difference. Definitely not worth the money. Also comes in packaging you have to tear apart so we can't even return it.

Terrible quality

If I could give this comforter a 0 I would. Got a hole in it after second time washing it and it’s a huge hole. Customer service was awful when I talked to them about it and they wouldn’t replace it.

Absolutely love this comforter! It’s a beautiful color. It’s cool for summer and yet so comfy. Highly recommend.

Doesn't Hold Up Well

This set was ok at first, but after three months, it’s looking rough. The material wrinkles extremely easily so it always looks crumpled. It’s only been washed three times, but all the stuffing inside the blanket has bunched up into what feels like cotton balls and it won’t lay smooth because of all the lumps. All the threads are coming out. I’m buying a different comforter set this week.

Not supersoft

I was a little disappointed because I purchased this based on the "supersoft" name. The solid color side is soft-ish but the patterned side is not soft at all. Overall, meh... It is fine and returning it would be more hassle than it is worth.

Best comforter ever! Super comfy and soft. Love the color too. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family. cooling on the skin too so I'm not too hot sleeping with them on.
