Long time to put together and some of the wicker was loose

The chairs met my expectations. Not easy to put...

The chairs met my expectations. Not easy to put together but not too hard. My husband could not use tools provided and had to use his Allen wrench kit to put together correctly. Thank goodness he’s handy and has these tools. My only other complaint is the chemical smell that is still coming off the pieces after a month of use outside and it’s rained a few times too. I would have thought that smell should have gone away by now. So really I prefer to give them 3.5 stars. Frankly I should have spent a few hundred extra and got the 2 chairs at Costco...

Durable, Stylish Patio Seating

Great set for patio...added ottoman and matching trash can and bar cart for entertaining enjoyment. Good quality and comfortable to sit on. Looking to add loveseat.

Probably wouldn't buy again-pay a little more and nicer

Good product for the price. They had no chair legs/bases/blocks so they sat very low; seemed lacking. I installed some leg/bases from an old couch I was throwing out and made the chairs sit about 3.5 inches higher and were much nicer.

Very comfortable and sturdy

Love love love these chairs! We ordered 4 to seat around our fire pit table. They were easy to put together and are very sturdy and comfortable! One of the back sides of the chair was damaged, but I've been in touch with Overstock and they are going to replace it. Their customer service has been very good with this issue. The fabric on the cushions is good quality and can be removed to wash.

Great seating set

Needed extra seating to go with existing wicker patio sectional. These were perfect. I was able to put them together by myself. Sturdy and look great. Highly recommend getting accent pillows to add color.

These chairs are the most uncomfortable outdoor chairs we have ever sat in. Unfortunately, we had to assemble them for hours before figuring this out.

If i would ever have to purchase this again i would never do it again, The chairs are very nice but the cushion that comes with it is very cheap and thin. The chairs are very expensive they can come with better cushions

I bought a set of these 4 years ago and I love them. They have held up to winters outside and hot sun. The rattan has not given but the cushions have worn. I was very happy to find out that Crosley sells the cushion covers for under $ for a set. I reordered a second set to go with the first set and so excited to set it up so we have more available seating. Crosley customer service was very helpful when I called to order the new covers. I purchased other outdoor furniture a lot cheaper and it has not held up because it was more plastic and not rattan. I would recommend this company and produce.

Love my Palm Harbor Chairs. Comfortable and beautiful. Takes a little time to put together, but the finished product is awesome. The pillows are easy to put the covers on, and then you are ready to entertain.
