DIY Steel Iron Wrought High Quality Ornamental Fence - PARIS Style - 5.5 x 5 Ft

Says NOWHERE that the panels come unassembled. This didn't work in my scenario...and instead of sending me a shipping label...they forced me to pay for the return which amounted to half the purchase price. All this after selling me a dual panel gate with the cheapest build-quality motors that don't function properly...and instead of any kind of in-person tech support (no one locally wants to touch these units) they steer me to some YouTube videos so I can attempt to trouble shoot their NEW equipment myself. This is not how you run a business. Never again.

This is our second time ordering this product as the 1st order was damaged. Once again the packaging was damaged, parts were all over the ground and road way out front of our home, actual product is also scratched up, looks like it was drug behind the delivery vehicle.

Flimsy

I had to use a large rubber mallet to smash the square pickets into the too small holes on the cross railing. Once I got it together, all scratched up from forcing it to go together, unless this fence sits on the ground, you would be better to make something from wood instead. My project would have needed 4 of these, now I have to find another way.

Silver spacers?

Lacks instructions for the silver spacers, figured out after putting together, difficult to slide parts together

nice design but not sturdy

The pieces were badly scratched due to the packaging method. The box is too thin to carry the 60 pounds of weight, and inside the box had very little packing material. During shipping the pieces rubbed against each other so scratches and dents are not preventable .Aleko really needs to improve the packing. I ordered 4 fences( 4 boxes) and 2 boxes were torn when delivered. I am keeping the fence because I bought my gates from Aleko,so in order to keep same design I need to keep these. However, I would prefer buying the 8 foot ones that were welded instead the DIY ones because holes to put the pickets in are a bit bigger thus the pickets are a little wobbly and the also the screws will make the fence rust much easier

Love the fence- the design is beautiful and would fit with most decors. We used it just to separate the back yard from the front yard. We have received many complements from the neighbors and from people walking by the house.
