Sharp looks, but quality doesn't match appearance.
I purchased a set of 2, and overall I am satisfied with my purchase. They are sharp looking, clean and minimal - which was the overall aesthetic I was wanting. The wooden base and legs are nice quality, and have a great stain color to them. The build quality and measurements however, leave much to be desired. The holes on the base of the chair did not match up to the seat, and it would be impossible for anyone to assemble these chairs without appropriate tools. The supplied allen wrench would never be enough, as the pilot holes are on average .25-1.25 mm away from a perfect match. I had to use a few power tools to get everything corrected, but I can only assume that these pieces were made to be assembled quickly with just the provided allen wrench, which is not possible.
The chair is beautiful, shipping was fast but when it came, there were no hold drilled into the chair so you could attach the base. It is not a heavy chair, but sturdy. I called customer service and it seemed I was getting a fast response. They first offered a full refund, then it went to they would resend another order but it's out of stock, now all of a sudden I'm not getting any more responses so I'm a little upset for the slow customer service response. At this point, I just want a refund.
