Nothing fits!

This product was not ver difficult to assemble. The problem was several pieces just didn't fit and after spending the time to put the stand together, I decided not to bother with taking it apart to return it. Instead I had my son use alternate screws to make it work.

Do not buy this

Impossible to assemble. Nothing matched up. The pre-drilled holes were completely out of line. Complete Disappointment.

Good value

It is as described. The fireplace really puts out good heat. We bought it for the look of a real fireplace. The instructions to put it together were well organized. We love this addition to our living room.

Disappointed

I was super excited for this to come. It sits pretty in my living room, but thats all its good for is its looks. It blows out all my electricity when I use it. Ive only used it 3 times and not even for a long period of time. Maybe 10 min max. All three times my lights blew out. It can create a fire hazard at this point so I am returning it

Nice for the price, but difficult to assemble .

Gorgeous entertainment center, but it was definitely not the easiest thing to assemble!! I wound up putting the bottom piece on backwards and didn’t know until the end... also the top piece, it says it requires two people to put on, which I had no idea until I got to that part of the instructions... and I’m the only adult in the house so I had to find a way to do it myself... I definitely struggled with that, and I never did actually get it all the way perfectly aligned. Also a few of the holes for the screws were not cut all the way through the wood like they were supposed to be, and one of the wooden pegs got stuck after I accidentally put it in the wrong hole. I don’t understand why there seemed to be a few extra holes than necessary... I also didn’t like that that stickers to label the pieces were on the outside or and visible once assembled, and they didn’t peel off easily.

Perfect for the price! The “fire†is warm!

As stated before some parts came slightly damaged. The over all product is perfect for what we needed! Fits our 65†QLED like a glove and the “fireplace†is very nice! You can have just the flames on or both heat and flames. No noise coming from mine but i just put it together last night so will update if anything happens. For $150 it was way worth the buy! This stand is HEAVY!!! well made but it is particle board. But very firmly compressed to make it stronger?? I think this stand is very nice looking and doesn’t bulk up a room. Plenty of space for cable box wifi router and multiple game consels.

So warm

Relatively easy to put together considering how many pieces there were. It heats up the whole area in my house I had hoped it would. Great deal too! Only a minor crack when item was delivered, which was on the bottom piece, so not much to complain about.

Good but annoying sound

Its a beautiful piece we just installed it which took about 30 minutes with 2 people. I love the way it looks, but when i turn the "fireplace" on with or without heat, it makes this god awful clicking sound im not sure if its broken or if this is how its supposed to function but overall great piece but a little annoyed of that clicking sound (which is pretty loud).

it came with a cracked base

The bottom base was cracked beyond repair and i had to return it. Customer service was very nice about it. The material used is very cheap and pieces were very thin. It seemed like a lot of work to put together considering all the little pieces that were in the box. I never got to put it together because of the damage.
