Good solid chair. They don’t really lock in to good when you are stacking them. They tend to slide when they are stacked

Poor quality Woodpile Tarp

We purchased this tarp to put over a section of our patio where we don’t have a roof covering. The day we were putting it up I realized that there were hundreds of small pinholes in the tarp. I also noticed LARGER wholes. The purpose of this tarp was to keep the rain off!. That night it rained with some wind. I came out in the morning to discover that the grommets and the reinforcement of PE rope in the hem (as state on their circular that came with the tarp) had RIPPED and the tarp was hanging down. I am very disappointed in the product. I will be looking for a refund from the company.

The tents we ordered needed to be commercial grade which the site says they are but.................when we tried to put them up with the help of a professional crew they said the purpose they were to be used for would be dangerous. We needed them for summer camp. He (the professional who was to put up the tents) said he would not have that type of liability on his head and we should not either. Since the return shipping is to high for an organization like ours we hope we can sell them so we can recoup some of our loss

The product was everything they said and all the reviews were pretty accurate. Especially the comments about the stakes. They do need to fix those. They are extremely sharp and not only will cut the ropes but your hands also. Thy are sturdy and will not fail, but you will need to file or hit the sharp edges on a grinder!

Buckle broke on the first use.

We otherwise bought what we thought we'd get for the price.... it's commercial grade, and super sturdy. It DOES take several (we used 8) people to set it up. The stakes are razor sharp, wear gloves! The side panels are shorter than expected, so the wind would push the panels in a bit, and it's so short and there isn't a place to secure the sides to the ground, we ended up using weighted pillow cases. The buckle broke as we put up the sides for the first time...so we aren't sure if it was in shipping, or if it was packed odd...we snapped it in, and it broke as we unclipped it. For the price, we'll just install a rope tie instead...still cheaper than most commercial tents this size!
