Replacement system. Matched existing ascetics but attachments under the sink at easy to use.
Offers a clean and sleek look
never received it. no feed back from delivery company or proof that they delivered. I contested my credit card (as was told by someone at home depot)
Handles seize
We have one of these faucets in oil rubbed bronze. While it lasted ~7 years with little or no issue and looks nice, both handles have now seized and the rubber gasket is flaking off onto the counter and into the sink as use has continued. Hopeful the lifetime warranty is useful to resolve the issue.
Hot water handle locked up.
I have had this faucet for about 5 years. The product looks nice, however, it is very poorly made and difficult to work on. I've called Pfister and spoke with customer service. I also sent pictures to no avail. All I want is some guidance on where I can purchase a new cartridge so that I can once again have hot water in the main bathroom. Very disappointed in their customer service.
Great tap set.
Really nice tap set. I am a fan of the push button drainer stoppers. No more screwing around with the stupid pull up handle settings.
Returned it because of the pop-up stopper.
Broke after only 5 years.
Had this and another Pfister faucet for my kitchen too. But broke in a short amount of time. I will never buy Pfister again. They are expense and don't last.
Horrible product
We bought this product in 2015 and have had nothing but problems with it. We've had to have the cartridges replaced twice and I just submitted an order to have them replaced for a third time in 8 years. The handles "freeze" up very easily. One handle has no "stopping" point and turns in 300 degrees - so I've had to turn the water off under the sink, making it completely unusable until we get new cartridges. Save your money - look elsewhere.
Very Good
Good item, fit to my sink. Easy installation
Nice sk ple faucet
2nd set i bought, nice
Cannot turn the handle
I CANNOT turn the handle of the cold faucet, and it was like hell trying to remove it from the sink! You don't know how many days and hours of effort went into trying to get this out.Because I'm not the original owner, they suggested I buy another faucet set where it would be backed by their warranty. I would have preferred to just buy individual parts to replace the ones that are broken but that isn't possible, I didn't see any spare parts that I needed (cold water cartridge), and I don't want to buy another known broken faucet. I'm never going to go with this brand, it's impossible to use and to remove. Does not hold up to the test of time!
Looks great for the price. I am a retired remodeler and home builder. I always used price pfister or moen in home construction because of quality. When I saw on sale I bought three of them for master and second bathroom. No trouble installing. Easy drain hookup. Looks very nice with my countertops. This does show watermarks but simple wipe with a towel takes care of it. I highly recommend this product for quality and construction.
brushed nickel finish always looks dirty
Purchased this product less than two weeks ago. Happy with the price and look of the product and install was simple. The push-down drain stop is fantastic. However, the brushed nickel finish has looked dirty since we opened the box and it simply does not clean well. I have other brushed nickel faucets from Moen and Grohe which clean beautifully, and still look as good as new 10 years later. My drain-stop on the Pfister already looks like it is 10 years old. I am extremely disappointed and will have to return this product and upgrade to a Moen instead.
Seized handles
Purchased bathroom faucet 1 1/2 years ago. Faucet handles have seized up they are almost impossible to turn on or off. Not functional.

Nice faucet - watching cleaning
First, this was purchased as a replacement for a set I bought 5 years ago. It's a great looking set and the new one is fine. However, in the old set the metal flange where the cold water handle made contact with the sink just kind of crumbled. I can't say for sure it was the product itself or that the water here is very hard and lime builds up quickly. But I've never had a faucet pit like that before. Just something to watch out for e.g if you live in an area with hard water, use limeaway every time you clean!
Like the others… loved it until it let me down
It’s a nice looking bathroom vanity faucet. We brought two sets/double vanity. After 13 months, the handles began to lock up, began spinning the entire assembly. Within months, all four handles had the same issue. Two of them required a lot of effort to break free. I am not sure if it’s the plastic threads or metal corrosion that is causing the issue. The other two are so locked tight I can’t break them free to attempt a repair. After reading reviews from others, this is clearly a common issue.
Product issue but great support
I had the issue of a handle locking up which I've seen in multiple comments. Pfister quickly sent me a replacement handle under warranty, which was great. Easy enough to replace. One thing you may want to try if you have the issue -- after I replaced it, I soaked the locked handle in warm vinegar for about 30 minutes, then rinsed well with warm water. It now moves really easily. I did not put it back on as I already completed the replacement, but I'm keeping it around as a spare in case needed.
Working great for 10+ years
I bought 3 kits for 3 sinks. Only complaints I have are (1) gray plastic finish ring and rubber washers wear out, (2) the finish on drain ring and stopper cap scratches very easy and discolors over time. Need spare parts. And (3) does not close drain perfectly. 24 hrs later sink is empty.
