Smart Faucet

I like the faucet. I wasn't savvy about connecting this device to the WI-FI until I needed help with finding out why the faucet wasn't working properly. After speaking with the Moen reps on the smart faucet line, they were able to problem solve and walk me through connecting the faucet to the WI-FI. It works great and I'm back to happy again :)

RIDICULOUS way to get function

I just installled my smart water faucet by Moen. I cannot find the moen network and inorder to reset it, one has to take everything out from under the sink and get into the box. Could you have made it mure user UNFRIENDLY.. just ridiculous I am very dissatisfied.

Faucet looks great, software is not

Struggling to keep the faucet hooked up to Alexa. It’s great when it works. Shouldn’t have to call Moen to change email accounts. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone the way it works now. Hoping it will be updated.

This is my 3rd faucet same model

I’ve had this faucet for two years . The very first one we received had severed wires no idea why so that caused issues because plumber was here to install and realized after having everything ready to install that he could not install it until they sent a new one so we lived with a hose from outside thru a sliding door for an entire week (glad it wasn’t winter). 2nd lasted two years but with lots of sensor issues - had sensor replaced but even after that still had issues . Very spotty and sometimes not water sometimes not. Told them about it so they sent a new faucet . We just installed it ourselves -this part was easy and we’re just hoping it doesn’t have any issues and lasts awhile. Alexa isn’t working on it even tho we set it up. Not a big deal since we didn’t get his for Alexa reasons anyway . We got it because it had a metal head (these are hard to come by these days) and was a lot better quality looking but proved to not be very great quality.

Cannot connect on 5g

Installed faucet with my remodel and now trying to set with Alexa. Got to green light and the moen app quit. Will not let me move into any other screen and I read it may be because my wifi is 5G which would be nice to know in advance. I like the faucet but purchased (fell for) because of advertising of the Alexa accesibility.

I love this faucet

This faucet is super pretty and relatively easy to install. My husband and I installed. Moen supplies a plastic tool that helps install the faucet in a super tight sink area, which is what we have! Thanks!

Good but significant flaw

Pretty good faucet. Looks great. A little buggy to get it to connect to google/moen relationship. The major flaw with this faucet is that the water flow is either on/off or boost. You cannot turn the water on with just a little flow. It only flows 100% or 100%+ on boost. This product is a water waster.

Some disappointments with faucet

The faucet has some great features however I am disappointed that the water temperature changes from hot to tepid as the volume is reduced in the hot setting and that as the volume is decreased (to reduce splashing or to access only a small amount of water the water shuts off before a low volume is achieved. I had hoped that down loading the app would allow me to customize those two shortcomings. To this point I have not been able to find a way to do that.

Great when it works... Moen isn't fixing it though

1) You can only associate the voice service with one account, so good luck enjoying it if more than 1 person in the house is expecting to get specific measurements or temperatures

More Impressive in Person

This is a stunning faucet just in appearance. It makes my kitchen look better. I had a plumber install this for me due to arthritis and ordered a separate Moen electrical attachment so I would not be dependent on batteries. I've never set mine up for voice control as I can't imagine an instance I'd need it. I do use the wave over the sensor for everything! It's very easy to keep clean. I also purchased the traditional soap dispenser. I'm not using it but it looks awesome with the faucet!

Excellent Moen U features and only one issue

Our current and former homes featured Moen fixtures throughout each. The only one that has presented issues for us was our Arbor faucet: the handle kept coming loose due to the weak set screw (which should have been designed differently in my view to keep in place). However, we wanted to replace it with a Moen product. So we opted for the S72003EVSRS Paterson U model, which has performed flawlessly thus far. Our only issue is connecting it to Amazon Alexa or our Google Home, neither of which has worked yet. Even so, the improved handle design and MotionSense feature are superb, eliminating our loose handle issue. We definitely would recommend the Moen S72003EVSRS Paterson U with MotionSense, and will update this review if the voice control (via Alexa or Google Home) becomes functional. One suggestion to Moen is to develop for Apple HomeKit, which we strongly prefer and seems much more consistent (perhaps the underlying problem in connecting the Moen faucet?).

Love the Paterson faucet

I bought the paterson U smart faucet along with the electrical kit and the traditional soap dispenser in stainless. I wasn't certain it would fit in my space but I thought it would be stunning and it was s. I hired a plumber for the installation as I have severe arthritis. The only issue I ran into as soon as they'd left was that the hose counterweight hit some of the piping and would not retract all the way. They came back to adjust it but there is a moen fix that can be purchased on amazon called a pull down faucet guide.
