Don’t buy!
Do not purchase! Terrible quality for the price!!!
Very good
My cats loved it. I like the fact it can be attached to the ceiling so that way it won't fall.
Supports my giant Cat
This stands the test. It probably should be anchored to the wall as my gigantic cat runs full speed all the way up but it hasn't wavered. The suction cup thing at the top works great and hasn't left a mark. The only thing I don't love is the carpet is a bit easy for the claws to pull at and it pills. It doesn't tear the whole carpet though. I like the carpet better than the rope ones. Definitely recommend.
For whatever reason the cats didn't like it.
Easy assembly. Cats too picky.
Parts missing
Parts of the pole missing. Cant use it. Unfortunately discovered when too late to return
Cat pole
Please do not buy this one the material is terrible not scratch resistant my cats ruined this in less than a month
Good, but platforms bit too small for large ragdoll!
This would be ideal for the average sized cat, but ours is quite big! My husband was concerned that the pole wouldn't hold his weight. The only place we wanted to put it, was in the window of the conservatory, but we were concerned that it could move and smash the window. The design is good and everything fixed together well. It just wasn't ideal for our cat purely based on his size and how clumsy he is! I am returning it, but don't really want to put people off as it would be great for other cats.
Wobbly and flimsy
Do not recommend. I bought this to go beside my staircase to give my cats another way up/down the stairs. Unfortunately, the 3 floating platforms are very thin and flimsy, and with only one point of support, they are extremely unstable even when my smallest cat steps onto it. Worse, the whole thing wobbles so much that the cats are afraid to use it. You'd think there would be brackets or some way to secure it included for this price, but no. I am very disappointed with this product.
Love it
My cats love it. Scratching, playing and sleeping on all 3 tiers. I needed to reduce one of the tubes by an inch and attached the middle tier to the wall to make it more stable but I have 3 young cats and no time to read the instructions so maybe it says to do that anyway. It’s simple to put together and well made for what it is, looks good. Money well spent.
The cats love it, packaged well and was OK to put together. Good service.
As soon as we assembled and put in place our girls couldn't wait to jump and climb and scratch their new tree. We felt it wouldn't be stable enough without placing near the wall and attaching one platform with a. L-bracket we found in our junk drawer.

Arrived just one week ago...
Brilliant for price
Very steady and secure so easy to put up as well literally took me 5 minutes.
So far smelly and NOT wood
Description says wood structure, which I took to mean that the main structure (the vertical post) was made of wood. But it's not. It's cardboard tubes with plastic at the ends to hold onto the screws. So not nearly as strong and stable as I was hoping. The horizontal platforms are made of plywood, like the description says. Assembly was very easy. Just need a step stool or ladder for assembly once it reaches higher than your arms. The reviews that say it's crooked may have the bottom and top out of alignment. It took a few steps back to check the angle from all sides to see if it really was in the right spot. Cat hasn't really used it yet, just jumped onto the first level to retrieve a treat. The smell is overwhelming so it's out on the balcony right now. If it airs out enough, we might bring it into the living room where the cat needs a tall place to rest and survey the land. If the smell stays, I'll dissasemble and send it back.
My cat loves it!
Easy to put together, but the pole was a funny length and the spring didn't go down far enough so did have to cut the plastic pole. It was easy enough with the right tools. My cat Dolly absolutely loves it, she can't go outside due to illness so loves how high up she can climb! :)
Broken
When assembling this I soon realized it was broken at the base so the screw just kept spinning and wood was breaking off?
Easy to assemble and my cats loved it right away
My two cats usually take a few days to sniff their new toys or furniture out before use, but with this cat tower they started climbing and perching on it immediately, before I could finish assembling it! That’s how much they love it!
It was fun while it lasted.
Extremely frustrating. The cat tree itself is durable and sturdy, but the fabric around it is glued on instead of being stapled on, so in less than a year, my cats have pulled the fabric off most of the poles.
This is a well-made item, very sturdy, and I found the construction easy to follow from the enclosed chart. My cat is very happy with this latest acquisition, and it is proving good exercise for her, as she is an indoor cat, but still quite young, so can manage the distances between platforms effortlessly. The Company was very efficient to deal with, and my order took only about 3 days to arrive, which I consider excellent service. I would certainly consider using them again in future.
The cat tree went up quickly and easily. I find this style much more attractive and sleek than floor based models. I have 2 cats, one is a climber and loved it instantly. He scratches it and climbs it. The other isn’t a climber and ignores it.
