Melted and Tastes Funny

I don't know where the problem comes from, but my bars are melted. All of them. It looks like they melted and then cooled down again. That makes them taste funny too. I am So disappointed. I know it's summer but I am the customer and it is not MY responsibility to ensure my products arrive in good condition. If that cant happen, don't sell them in warmer months. But I can happen and it should!!!

Don't Like the New Peanut Butter Cup Recipe

Unfortunately you changed the recipe and now, I don't like the bar. I have gone to my local store to buy up the old per version, but unfortunately once these are gone I will need to look for another. I really wish you wouldn't have changed it. It was good the way it was, had it in auto deliver but cancelled that too. So bummed.

Now smaller and thinner

I have been buying these protein bars for a while now. Recently the packaging and size has changed. Also seems to have more crunch which isn’t bad, just different. I guess they thought people wouldn’t notice. I actually preferred the prior version.

For $11, 4 bars is not worth it

An entire box of these are $10.99 at my local Safeway which in my opinion is a rip off considering the ingredients. Maltitol is not a good option over stevia and can cause some pretty serious issues for people with ibs or similar bowel sensitivity issues, which makes me wonder why they didn't just use stevia instead. The other downside with these and many other protein bars is that you have zero idea of what heavy metals are in this bar, yet it claims to be non-gmo and gluten free marketing itself as healthy. So many products containing chocolate and protein powders have heavy metals like mercury, arsenic, lead and cadmium in them that can destroy your health silently over time, causing thyroid problems, pituitary gland problems, and more. Honestly, protein powder and bar makers should legally be required to disclose what heavy metals are in their products if any and include a warning to potential consumers just like alcoholic beverages.

Love some flavors, just not the peanut butter cup I ordered

Not this flavor on this orderpeanut butter cup. Going to find a new home for the rest of the box. I love certain flavors of ONE bars: maple donut, cinnamon roll, butter pecan, and pumpkin pie. The lemon and birthday cake were just wrongany flavor with cake in it wasnt finished. I dont care for chocolate chip or most mint, so I didnt try any it. I order these on eBay because I cant find them dependably nearby any more.

[Rewarded Review] Flavorful protein bar!

My latest product to review is the Peanut Butter Cup by ONE Brands. I have to say that this brand of protein bar is better tasting than so many others that are on the market. This brand was made of a delicious peanut butter filling that is covered with a rich chocolate. The protein bar was soft and Chewy. It is a great snack option. I received a 2.12 ounce bar to sample and write my review.

[Rewarded Review] Okay, but Not my Favorite

I'm usually a huge fan of any peanut butter protein bars. I mean, how could you not love peanut butter?! Sadly, this bar just didn't do it for me. First of all, I love that this bar has grams of protein, and only 1 gram of sugar. Plus, with 8 grams of fiber, this bar is a great choice for anyone looking for a quick, healthy snack, a sweet treat, or even an easy meal replacement when you're not able to eat. This bar was able to satisfy my sweet craving, while filling me up and keeping me feeling full for a good while. The taste, however, is where this bar fell short for me. It's supposed to taste like a peanut butter cup, which I love, but unfortunately, it doesn't. I actually don't get any peanut butter flavor at all. To me, it's more of a caramel type flavor. I do appreciate that the bar is not putridly sweet. For me, is has just the right amount of sweet, chocolate flavor to really satisfy my sweet tooth. The bar also has a chewy, caramel like texture. I don't mind the texture so much, but it does get stuck in my teeth, and again, does not give me that peanut butter like texture. One thing I really disliked is the aftertaste. It has an odd, chemical like aftertaste that I can't seem to get rid of.

Oh my goodness! This is a peanut butter lovers next favorite thing! These taste like everyone’s favorite peanut butter and chocolate cups! But the best thing is it has less sugar and more protein. With 1g of sugar and 20g of protein you can’t go wrong with this little snack. Throw it in your purse, diaper bag, car, etc. I’d would recommend this.,

I love this Peanut butter cup bar from One! It has a lot of protein and is a great afternoon snack to fill me up until dinner time. Its gluten free and only has 1g of sugar which is surprising because it tastes so good! This would be a perfect snack for kids and adults and is great to keep in your purse or backpack for when you need it. I will definitely be buying more of these because they are the perfect protein bar!

I always feel like you have to sacrifice with protein bars - either you get a good flavor or a lot of protein, but it seems like you can't get both. That was my thoughts until I tried this ONE Brands Peanut Butter Cup protein bar. With 20 grams of protein, it makes for a great after-workout treat - or a very filling snack to curb that appetite until mealtime without having to depend on something like a candy bar. However, with this protein bar, you feel like you're still getting that sweet treat - just without a ton of sugar. This protein bar is one of the first that I've tried that's filling and has a great flavor. Definitely a win!

I recently had the opportunity to try this ONE Brands- Peanut Butter Cup bar. I’ve had a lot of protein or snack bars over the years. I would classify this as more of a protein bar than a snack bar because of the protein content. It also has a very low sugar content as well which is important to me. As for the taste it’s pretty good. I would say on par or a little better than other protein bars I’ve had. This is not as chewy as other bars which I have also had.

I love peanut butter cups, they’re my weakness. One peanut butter cups are a healthier option for me. They contain just 1 gram of sugar and 20 grams of protein. They contain sugar alcohol, so I make sure I don’t overindulge. Too much sugar alcohol will upset my tummy.

The ONE Brands Peanut Butter Cup is absolutely delicious! It melts in your mouth. The creamy chocolate and peanut butter combination is second to none. I love that it only has 1 gram of sugar. It has 20 grams of Protein, 20! This is one of my new go to snacks in between meals, and as a simple snack. I would highly recommend!!

This is pretty good. The texture is dense and chewy but not overly hard to chew. I like the flavor too. It’s caramel-y and slightly nutty. However, this is not peanut butter cup. Not in texture or flavor. Don’t expect a creamy filling, a peanut taste, or a chocolate one for that matter. I think it’s a nice protein treat but I’m disappointed that it tastes nothing like peanut butter cup.

I was so excited to try this protein bar since I’m obsessed with peanut butter cups. I was hoping I had found my new go-to when I was having that chocolatety, peanut buttery craving. Unfortunately, this ain’t it. The taste and texture did not resemble a peanut butter cup whatsoever. The bar did have 20g of protein and only 1 g of sugar, which is a huge plus, but I don’t think this is a good enough substitute for a peanut butter craving. If you buy this without the expectation of it tasting like a peanut butter cup, then you’ll be fine, but if you’re expecting that rich, creamy taste, look somewhere else. 3.5 stars (rounded up to 4)

[Rewarded Review] Good bar

So the bar tastes good, no complaints especially considering it’s got some good nutritional value. My problem is with how I expected it to taste. The packaging made me think it would be a peanut butter cup which is a very familiar taste so I was ultimately let down. I almost feel like had I not had that impression from the packaging I would have enjoyed it more. With that said it really isn’t a bad tasting bar. They did a nice job on the chocolate and peanut butter taste, the consistency was the familiar protein bar though.

Ahhh, now I know why this One Bar Peanut Butter Cup Bar is THE one! Sadly, I don’t consider myself a pessimist… more of a self-described realist when it comes to my snacks. I’m also a self-described snob when it comes to snacks that get me through those long days of work or to simply have in my gym bag to have before/after a workout to give me that added ummpf. If it tastes good, it is probably filled with more sugar than I care to know. This Peanut butter Cup One Bar blew me away in what it was not and what it was! Initial impressions were the size of the bar. It was huge. My second inclination was that it was probably going to be 2 servings. It was not! What really blew me away was the fact that it had an appealing taste with only 1 gram of sugar AND still contained some amazing 20 grams of protein. When the first ingredient listed is protein, I know it is not just good for me but great tasting. I cannot wait to try the other flavors One Bar offers.
