Gianna Counter Stool Set of 2 In White

Nice looking chairs. Delivery was on time. It took my husband less than 20 minutes to put it together. The white color is very nice, cream white.

We haven’t been able to use the counter stools yet because our new home isn’t finished but we did put them together and we did sit on them. They are comfortable and beautiful. We are very pleased with our purchase so far.

The chairs arrived much sooner than shipping projections and that was great! Once I opened them I didn’t like the faux wooden legs and the leather looked durable but commercial. I did not like the overall look of the chair. It was also too wide.

The stools are beautiful looking, colors are accurate (ordered the cream/walnut) but some pieces were received damaged. Chipped wood on legs and in same area the company knew there were chips that happened in production (those were patch painted over) while others occurred afterwards (received by us with chips and splinters). They were NOT easy to put together! Many of the parts didn't fit quite well, directions were drawn pictures only (no verbiage) which left us guessing about some parts due to two sides-were they to be placed up/down.....my husband winged it and at times had to take apart some areas. Very frustrating. We hope they hold up-one of them squeaks when sitting down and/or getting up. Time will tell.... Shipping was very disjointed. We were notified several times they were on their way. They arrived on separate days (ordered 2 sets of them) and on the days we received them, there was no forewarning-they just arrived and we were notified afterward.
